Use Cases and Deployment Scope
The VMware learning platform has on-demand authorized certification courses, and I was studying for a certification. This was very convenient because not everyone wants to be in a live class and they don't always remember everything in a single week class. On demand courses you can spread out your learning and retain more.
Pros
- let's you watch the curriculum again.
- helps prepare for certification
- makes it convenient to watch when you have time.
Cons
- I think the cost is a bit high for just watching pre-recorded videos
- sometimes the labs don't work right but it's not very often.

Return on Investment
- no effect on business objectives but great on personal objectives of certification.
