Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
We use lots of products by Adobe within the organization. I am on the data and analytics side, so the primary product for me is Tags and Adobe Analytics. We have been happy overall, but there have been lots of updates to various products like Adobe Target that have broken some of our tests, or extension upgrades that have caused more work for my team in the long run. A lot of times we create tickets to help solve the problem and the support staff refer us to read the instructions carefully and close the ticket without offering more than that. The last year has been a difficult relationship with Adobe as these issues keep occurring and we keep needing to create bandaid solutions on our own without the help from Adobe despite using some many of their products
