Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

My team and I had the idea to establish BPM with Celonis for suitable local processes. We've just started a pilot (thanks to the US team which has activated us a Celonis environment because they own the Celonis license) to check Celonis out. The Mars US team is using Celonis for global process solutions.

Cons

  • Build up more manual processes (where event logs are not available)
  • I can't answer this question as I'm new to Celonis.
Celonis is more clear than MPA. In Celonis there are more tools included for individual setup the process the user would like to. Also with the platform Celopeers you have a touchpoint for your questions and issues. I've heard the software Celonis combined with BPM much more often than the solution of Microsoft.

As I'm new to Celonis, I had time to tinker around and got direct support from Celonis' side. He set up immediately a meeting to check if I have all requested permissions and gave me support where I can find which tool inside of my environment. Also, I was asked if I had any other specific technical questions and got named the right contact person/team for my team.
