Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

I am a Business Development Representative and I use Consensus when sending email cadences and outreach for our products. I love using these videos in my email outreach and Consensus has increased the percentage of emails being opened and responded to throughout my use of these videos. I love being able to give the customer a sneak peek of our product and what it can do for them.

Consensus is easy to use and very compatible with my CRM, SalesForce, providing integrated use so I can send demo videos right from Salesforce as I am working through my task list. I can also use the data is provides in the easy to read format to make decisions on who to target with my email outreach.

When prospecting for new business for software products Consensus is well-suited to give the potential customer a peek at the product I am trying to sell. I love being notified in real-time when a customer is watching the video so I can then go into the data and see what areas of the video were watched and how much time was spent. I haven't had any bad experiences with Consensus at this time.
