Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We use quickbase to store customer correspondence and order history. It is only used in our regional office. We love the versatility and ability to change the format so that it works best for us.
Pros
- Flexible format
- Great search tools
- Able to access it anywhere
Cons
- Runs a little slow since it is web based
- Not super user-friendly as far as formatting is concerned
- Would love to see an app
- Sage Act
QuickBase is more user-friendly and allows more customization.
