Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

We are using QuickBase as an M&A database. It is being used for the storing of pipeline and retired transactions. It is also being used for program management for due diligence and integration tasks.

Pros

  • Storage and cross reference capabilities.
  • Ease of item entry and download.
  • Reporting visuals.

Cons

  • Sometimes difficult to modify conditional reporting elements.
  • Cost effective access for viewing across large audiences without the need for license.
  • Document storage is a bit cumbersome and collaboration has limitations.
QuickBase is well suited for lists and simple project management tracking. It's more difficult with multiple project leads working on same project.
