Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

The entirety of our organization uses it, and is a driving force behind our entire business. From generating documents to data analysis it is used frequently on a daily basis here. It allows for employees to communicate and see different data driven models, tables, and documents which are all necessary in order to make good business decisions.

Pros

  • Document generating and easy access from Microsoft office programs.
  • Easy to use interface, especially on the administrator side.
  • Allowing for different roles to have different access throughout certain databases.

Cons

  • GIS layers are a hassle to import, and cannot be shapefiles, must be KMZs.
Depending on the size of the company it would be beneficial to get things moving. Although it is very expensive, it may well be worth it.

Using Quick Base

Very simple to use for the most part. In order to do basic things on the database it is not necessary to know much.
