Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

We use QuickBase for all our customer service work orders, scheduling and tracking.

Pros

  • Work orders
  • Email updates
  • Record keeping

Cons

  • Report generation
  • Easy way to have dates and days of the week shown
  • More help with developing our own system
We used Excel for years. At least this is a data base and on line. We want and have to use the cloud to communicate with many employees.
  • Good for tracking, and work orders
  • Does not have a scheduling component
  • Does not have an inventory component
