Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
Until QuickBase we were an Excel based organization. Everyone was trying to track the same information on separate spreadsheets and nobody truly knew whose information was most accurate. Now we have freed up time by assigning members responsibilities for certain data sets and everyone is looking at the same real-time information.
Pros
- User-Friendly - Our members have been able to pick up both user skills and developer skills literally within minutes.
Cons
- More filtering capabilities would be helpful for us.
- Ability to adjust column width in reports...It would be great if it had simple grab and drag capability like Excel.
- Excel
QuickBase is much better because multiple users have access to one data-set where with Excel, multiple users had to deal with multiple data-sets that showed different reports.
