Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Quickbase as a workflow tracking/notification tool and for monitoring/reporting the status of those assets. It used across the organization in a similar manner with risk and issue management as well as governance changes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Quickbase is very user friendly with an easy interface.
Quickbase has easy to utilize templated applications. No need for rebuilding applications.
Quickbase customer service is superb and very efficient.

Cons

Missing some functionality such as drag and drop of multiple files and image editor within the page.
Needs more customizable data fields.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for simple process enhancements with standard/simple data
