Workfront is used by certain departments of our organization, primarily to receive single user incident tickets from third parties.

- No chat application
- Poor SLA tracking
- Poor tool for change management
- Filtering for tracking purposes is needlessly clunky. Customization makes it versatile but not user friendly.
