I've seen or used several of the other 360 tools. EchoSpan is better in nearly every way. It is more customizable. It can be administered completely by someone internally, so no need to request someone to set up a 360 - you can just do it yourself. Competency library is great, …
Both EchoSpan and the other vendor supplied comparable products, so the major difference was the cost involved. EchoSpan is much more affordable and offers a very similar quality of report.
I have had my consulting firm for 14 years, and have used many of the major providers of 360s. Echospan's 360 degree feedback tool is simply better in every way, more reliable, easier to use, better for data analysis, customization and reporting.

GA is a very professional tool, in my past experience, other platforms had felt very lacking, they cover what is needed but GA has really lived up to the expectations, I was surprised by what it does and then some more, there are still some aspects that need more polishing but …
As a company, we use Lattice. I think Lattice can get clunky sometimes and hard to learn. Gallup Access was the only place I could find the CliftonStrengths Assessment, however, I would've chosen to use Gallup Access over Lattice for this type of assessment because the …
As a 360 assessment it rates very well when compared to our previous vendor. 360-Degree Feedback is more affordable so it allows departments to avail themselves of the opportunity to help their team members learn more about themselves, which would have been cost-prohibitive with our previous vendor. The support department has been FANTASTIC! Quick responses on all any small issues and easy to work with for customizing templates. The system allows us to add rater groups and increase the group sizes easily.
GA has been great in very specific aspects, but it is hard to get used to the platform. I believe that the UI is very crude, it's not intuitive at all, after some time you get used to it, but being so great at what it does is really overshadowed by being hard to learn how to use it.
I have used Echospan for over 8 years, and they have provided a consistent high level of customer service. I have recommended Echospan to many other clients and colleagues, and they have all been happy as well. I recommend Echospan to any size organization without any reservations

Competency library is great, and you can create others if you want to. Reports are easy to interpret. Very good customer service
As a company, we use Lattice. I think Lattice can get clunky sometimes and hard to learn. I can't give numbers yet but we have been able to split our most recent project up based on our strengths outlined by cliftonstrengths
Another positive impact is that we were able to bond as a team, we just got jumbled up and put on a new team so the ability to connect with our manager was really awesome
