The different tabs are useful to look at when we are trying to search for a particular prospect/ lead. The platform is not very intuitive regarding the next steps, and it would help if there was a different color for the fonts and more radio buttons to follow up on the next steps. The product training helps to ensure new users are guided appropriately and taught more about the items that may not be as commonly known. Return on Investment	No answers on this topic	When we implemented Aline the team occupancy was 76% by year end we were at 86.4%, this took 10 months. The platform saves me countless hours each month for datamining for board reports. The system has paid for itself several times over We can now compare year of year marketing campaigns to find out which campaigns to keep or no longer suit our market.
