Adobe acquired Neolane in July 2013 and later re-named the product Adobe Campaign. Adobe Campaign provides both marketing automation and marketing resource management functionality such as spend & financial management, workflow, and asset management.

Foundry ABM is an account based marketing platform that creates campaigns for ads, web personalization, and sales. Foundry’s proprietary database complements an organization’s first party data to provide the best data to reach, engage, and convert more stakeholders in target accounts.
We adore the fact that we can run numerous automated campaigns concurrently and that we can make changes to them without stopping and starting a new campaign. Adobe Campaign makes it possible for the process to go on.
Sender also offers multi-channel marketing capabilities, allowing users to engage with their audience through different channels. However, the range and depth of multi-channel capabilities in Adobe Campaign are generally more extensive. So after using both the platforms I …
In the end we didn’t go with Adobe Campaign. Although it offers great a great tool set that is very flexible. You do need someone on staff that know Adobe products to get the full utilisation out of it. Ultimately what it came down to for us was that because we had a small team, …
Adobe Campaign Standard has a lot of segmentation options out of the box and a lot better analytics. Pardot is a lot more listbased, where with Adobe Campaign, you can do complete customized segmentation, such as all permissions in base A who are currently customers of this …
Especially in its ease of use, especially considering its price and the great possibilities that this tool has given our company. Definitely a great competitor in this sector and the best option in terms of campaign creation, without any doubt, even having things that could be …
Adobe Campaign has all the features and tools that develop the whole marketing and sales channels. It has been able to integrate with our systems in all departments in development of our planning structure. While Salesforce CMS works effectively in the management of our …
Compared to other websites, Adobe Campaign stacks up with its various uses. You can create with its other platforms and follow through. Other platforms, you have to use adobe to create then go somewhere else to schedule and post. Adobe Campaign allows you to use all within one …
Adobe Campaign is good in terms of features, offerings, it's customization options, and extensive possibilities to make a powerful email campaign or offer landing page. It's very reliable and stable too. But in terms of its dashboard UI, it is not as simple or quick to learn as …
All these applications are very similar, adobe has a differential for the company's expertise, for the way cloud services and their specialists are treated. I believe that it also has a differential in the metrics and management of flows where it is possible to have a broader …
The platform is much more complex and much more suited for complicated applications. While Mailchimp is an easier all rounded solution for starters it doesn’t allow the system integrator to do customization of the workflows and more complicated tasks. I would say that in my …
Adobe Campaign is different from these products in that is much more all-encompassing and is able to manage more aspects of a campaign than these more singular-tracked platforms.
As we tried to centralise the marketing automation platform within the enterprise, Adobe Campaign can plug into several instances of Salesforce.com for lead management queues. All other marketing automation platforms can only plug into one instance of Salesforce.com.
For B2C campaign, [I] still prefer to go with Marketo. However, for all other transactional/Nontransactional, promotional, Welcome email campaigns, while it is required to handle [the] global market with [a] number of brands, [I would] [prefer to] go with Adobe Campaign …
Adobe Campaign has a lot more features as compared to Mailchimp. While Mailchimp allows you to send a lot of communication to a lot of recipients, Adobe Campaign lets you set variables in the workflow, and send email at different times with a lot more customization. Adobe …
Adobe is far ahead of what I used previously. Adobe has all the details of the customer which is required to increase the sales of the company and the customer also gets relevant information. Mailchimp is just an email tool where we can send mails to multiple users.
We selected Triblio over Demandbase because of the pricing. Demandbase cost a lot more but the feature set from our point of view looked pretty similar.
The transparency in the build-out of engagement and intent is better than most competitors. The ability to alter scoring methodology is a primary reason as to why Triblio stood out as compared to those where we had to work with their scoring models out of the box and take as is.
As someone on the sales side, I don't know much about these tools' differences. However, I have had a very good experience with Triblio. It seems like it is more robust, and we can gain more information about our website visitors. I believe we picked them because of this reason.
Far better support, easier UI/UX, and much more strategy involved in our weekly discussions whereas Terminus largely integrated us and then left us to fend for ourselves.
Triblio is a much more robust platform in my opinion and also features a more robust ability to enable the sales team and get the data into their hands.
Honestly, Triblio has the same capabilities as all of the other platforms that I have explored. With their addition of Orchestration that is rolling out, they actually will be pulling ahead of the competition allowing for multi-step automated campaigns. With the ease of use, …
Terminus appears to be the cheapest on the surface but with the least amount of capabilities, clunky (lots of manual stuff they have to do on the back end to launch your campaign), very low CTR due to the DSP they use (TradeDesk) which also carries a media upcharge. Terminus …
Triblio stacked up very well against their competitors. The pricing is in the ballpark as other solutions, but their ability to cross platforms and expand beyond just one area of specialty is why we chose them. Other solutions may excel in one area, but Triblio performs well …
We chose Triblio because they allowed for the greatest customization and optimization of ads and because it was clear that they would deliver the best quality of control, guidance, and support for our ABM program.
We choose Triblio for [its] overall combination of tools and pricing. Prelytix has very good intent features, it is very easy to add and monitor keywords, and website activity. However, they have a lack of orchestration capabilities and integrations. The reporting is …
Moving to Triblio has been the best decision I ever made for the betterment of my company. I won’t deny the fact that Triblio also has some flaws but trust me they are so minor that can be easily fixed. I have had the experience of using other competitors or alternatives of …
Demandbase for just the base product was way more than I ended up paying for Triblio. If I were to level up Demandbase with all of the various add ons to bring it up to the functionality that Triblio provides it would cost a fortune.
We chose Triblio over other tools like Terminus, Demandbase, and Kwanzoo because of Triblio's focus on prospect engagement and delivering data to sales and the ability to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns. We felt that others tools were still more focused on the advertising …
Triblio is better than google (for advertising) and unbounce/HubSpot (for landing pages) because of how easily it automated the targeting and personalization process. Page automation happens automatically when contacts are enrolled in specific campaigns. Ad targeting also …
Director of Marketing at Ascent Cloud (formerly Geopointe)
Chose Foundry ABM
Terminus: Sales process was way easier, was not a fan of the AE we worked with at Terminus. Also, their platform itself didn't see as user friendly and intuitive. Since I was going to be the one primarily utilizing the platform, I needed something I knew I could easily learn.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management: I have found Adobe Campaign to be excellent for managing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, mobile, social media, and web. Its centralized platform allows me to plan, execute, and track campaigns effectively, making it ideal for organizations with diverse marketing channels. For example, when I was running a campaign to promote a new product launch across email, SMS, and social media channels, Adobe Campaign provided me with the tools to orchestrate and track the campaign seamlessly. I could ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive customer experience across different channels.
Triblio is a relatively new platform for us, and it's our first ABM orchestration platform, so feedback is with those caveats. So far, the platform is well suited to targeting & serving ad messaging far more efficiently than we could ever do on our own. Triblio does NOT provide contact information like some "ABM/X" platforms do. Be aware of that. We understand and are OK with it - but some people confuse what an ABM platform should provide, and if you are expecting to have access to specific contact to enrich your targeting - that's not part of what Triblio does.
What we like most about this application is that it provides us with the creation of ads to generate presence and impact on different channels at minimum cost.
It has a section where [it] [helps] us determine our preferences in terms of marketing by private messaging and offer a report of actions.
It also provides analysis with percentages to determine how many customers actually received our e-mail advertising.
The ability to separate budgets by dept. currently, you have one pot of money but can set limits based on campaigns. This is fine for a single user but gets messy with multiple users.
Campaigns with multiple steps, I do hear this is in the works.
It would be nice if each area did not open a new tab, navigating pages within the same page would be nice.
Despite the shortcomings of user interface and basic troubleshooting difficulty, Neolane is much more robust and delivers better capabilities to our sales and marketing staffs than any other product we have used here or any product our staff members have used at other locations.
We continue to have a good experience with Triblio, and they continue to deliver value for our money. If they would do a better job with analytics, then it'd be easier for me to tie campaign activities to the bottom line.
Thanks to this tool we are taking more internal control of the creation and deployment of campaigns with less dependency on an ESP. We can pre-program marketing publications, being able to concentrate on the target audience. It helps me manage email campaigns with real-time tracking.
We have a cheaper version of Triblio, so we don't have all the bells and whistles. But, this works great for us. It's easy to use and the platform only includes things that we use instead of a handful of features that just slow it down. It looks like a simple version of Google Ads
The platform has always been available, and the occasional system updates aside, there have been no downtime issues with Triblio. The platform has always been available when I needed it, and campaigns were launched timely
Triblio pages, campaign performances, and platforms have not slowed us down at all. If anything, Triblio has enhanced how we engage with our target accounts. There has been no speed performance issues, or lag due to system limitations. Triblio tracking on our site has not slowed our page performances significantly, so there has been on effect on speed
Although there is a lot of material available on the internet to answer questions, I still feel a lack of commitment and delay in the responses of the support, but as a whole, it leaves nothing to be desired. I believe that, in the great majority, companies sin in the desired support, but we cannot generalize. But this one, in particular, has a wide range of specialists and well-qualified management, but I believe that it is not so bad.
If there's one thing Triblio excels at it's their support. We have an account manager that meets with us regularly to discuss any questions or even potential strategies. If we have questions that dive deeper into the software we've had an engineer get on the line with us. They are quick to notify us if bugs occur, and when they're fixed. They are quick to respond to emails as well. We are very supported by their team.
We had our Account management team online to provide training to the marketing team, ADR team, and the AE team, which was helpful as each team had their own sets of questions and needs from the platform. Having the Triblio experts on the call and knowing that they are available for questions later on was reassuring to everyone in the trainings.
Definitely have a dedicated technical team work on the implementation full time with the Triblio team. There are requirements on both ends of the pipe that needs to be done. It is much easier to have both teams work together full time as opposed to part time duty; it would take much longer than doing it all in one shot.
Sender also offers multi-channel marketing capabilities, allowing users to engage with their audience through different channels. However, the range and depth of multi-channel capabilities in Adobe Campaign are generally more extensive. So after using both the platforms I selected Adobe Campaign for my email marketing purpose.
As someone on the sales side, I don't know much about these tools' differences. However, I have had a very good experience with Triblio. It seems like it is more robust, and we can gain more information about our website visitors. I believe we picked them because of this reason.
The Triblio platform works fairly reliably since we have implemented it into our instance. There are the occasionally wishes that they have more functionalities, but those are feature requests which can be accommodated in future product enhancements. In terms of flexibility and scalability, we chose Triblio since we wanted to scale our ABM efforts, so that was a big part of our consideration.
Adobe Campaign has boosted our ROI, with a 700% increase in the last month of using the service. These results are very favorable, and we will continue to use the service.
Adobe Campaign makes it easy to calculate the proposed ROI on a monthly basis, as it constantly lets us evaluate and compare the growth of our earnings in relation to previous ones.
The element of Sales Funnel in this tool is top-notch as it facilitates in keeping our sales team satisfied by augmenting prospects.
This product has proven to be an essential ingredient of success in my business, so if you want prosperity in your business, then this tool is worth trying.
