Perfect for onboarding, retention, win-back, and VIP nurture campaigns where customer behavior and timing matter. Excellent when you need to react instantly to customer actions across channels.

  • All in one. We have experience working with other CDP/Marketing suites and it is really difficult to connect their different modules. Bloomreach Engagement has been built to be a single product which makes everything easy to use
  • Fast and real-time. Other platforms struggle with getting real-time volumes or segmenting based on real-time events, that is not the case with Bloomreach Engagement
  • GCP partnership. Being deployed over GCP and having BigQuery as raw data export makes really easy to expand and connect with existing stacks

  • Some features that are not yet released to all customers are necessary to manage cases like device sharing
  • The methodology of how data is stored and manage is relatively unique and requires some ramp-up to fully understand
  • There are some areas, like deduplication, where the platform doesn't provide the flexibility one would expect

  • While Importing the offline data, sometimes the auto detection is failed to detect the csv file
  • While we import with wrong mapping, even after pressing escape before the import starts, its not cancelling the import. it start running. It would be great if it stops the import

Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform quickly becomes a must-have once you are through the "build it" phase. Direct integration with a wide variety of disparate systems makes it a difficult proposition to remove once users are trained in its various systems and fully bought into the strategy behind its use. Support for a wide range of teams is helpful in adoption and continued use of Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform - everyone in data engineering, martech, frontend marketing can find a use case to pursue.

Activation - great Segmentation - in UI, there should be the possibility of writing advanced code Tags. Both Mobile and Desktop Data Ingestion - might be pain in the ass. Changing one customer attribute is time-consuming. It should be some super admin or some feature. One user can change some customers' attributes easily. Data Transformation - Maybe there are some modules for that in AJO?

In my time working with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, I always liked to work with it. It is crucial that you get support from experts from the beginning to show you how to work with the vast amount of options and activities to choose from. The learning curve is also well-rounded because of its user-friendly interface and highly skilled customer support.

It has always been available with great response times. Honestly in almost 5 years there was like one outage and I have to admit that it was solved so quick that I don't even know if it's fair to even call it that. Bloomreach is extremely reliable, can't fault it.

ten out of ten, Bloomreach has revolutionised our marketing capabilities. It has allowed us to get real time data insights from our customers, and then put these into action. Previously it would be a very time consuming and slow process for us to get any sort of campaign out but not anymore, this has lead to increased conversions and revenue

Having used Bloomreach Composable Personalization Cloud for the last 3 years, I can confidently say that it is the most sophisticated platform in my experience. The unifying of customer data in the platform has been an immeasurable strength in our Marketing arsenal. there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.
