Chose Adobe Social
I don't really use many types of Adobe products however I used photoshop in the past and in terms of similarities they don't have much since it is for different purposes. The one thing they are great at is functionality. Many features and ways to finish the job effectively but …
I personally did not ever recommend the selection of Adobe Social as I did not feel it was suitable for our needs. Having now reviewed the products I've listed here, we have decided to switch over to Hootsuite Enterprise as that appears (on the surface) to be the best fit for us.
Hootsuite enterprise is superior in many ways, but the biggest factor is probably that it is constantly evolving and adding new features, working directly with social media companies ahead of new releases. Adobe seems to have stopped developing their product.
I use Social Studio currently at my job and I believe both are very similar products. Adobe Social has stronger analytics, including revenue and leads generated. Social Studio's layout is a little easier to navigate. Although it has its bugs too. Overall both platforms are …
Adobe Social is like the Cadillac of Social Listening tools. It provides everything from analytics, sentiment, custom reporting, campaign organization and geography of engagement. To be able to access social media accounts, publish content, create reports and track influencers …
I had previously been introduced to Hootsuite, which really is a much more introductory product cocmpared to Adobe Social. Before using Adobe Social, I really had only experienced Google Analytics for analytic purposes. Adobe Social was much more intuitive, user-friendly, and …
That version of Hootsuite you can't even edit posts on separate channels prior to scheduling or posting. Analytics isn't as easy to use. Overall, not a great product in comparison.
Our company selected Adobe Social for a way to have social posts be approved by managers and client before approval. It is very good in this arena. It terms of moderation, Hootsuite Pro is much more streamlined of a view and the analytics are more usable.
I didnt have the option to select it for this client. They came to us with this tool. I believe it's quality and has a lot to offer in terms of really driving Social ROI with an integration with bitly.
Originally started with Radian 6 for social listening, however, it requires way too much hands-on time for small teams. Again, a robust systems for large B2C and ecommerce sites.
Adobe Social provided better tools for a company as large as ours managing as many brands as we do. We used Buddy for over three years but they had issues handling our content on an enterprise level and all App design required CSS coding.

Chose Adobe Social
Adobe Social is a unified platform; Salesforce's Buddy Media & Radian6 is not. Adobe Social easily integrates with Adobe Analytics and the rest of their Marketing Cloud.
I dont know how the tool was called I used before , but the problem with that tool was, that I had to be online with my computer to post my scheduled postings. With Publer everything will be posted automatically
The price and the feature are what drove me to Publer. It was cheaper for the features and social accounts I needed. However, Publer is still on the expensive side. I overall will still recommend Publer to be able to start your own social media marketing business. Definitely …
Easier to use. Free account with limited but relevant functionality for those just starting out or if you want to try Publer first. One of the best value for money social media content management sites I could find.
At the time of purchasing, Publer was the most cost effective compared to other options considered, and provided the combination of features I needed at the time.
Because of the simplicity of interface, and customer service I have not needed to look elsewhere at all.
We were using Hootsuite and while it was adequate, it
was also cumbersome and expensive, relative to Publer, which thank-god we
found. Not only does Publer download videos for you from many social media
The other tools I have tried are either cheaper because they are lacking features, or the interface and user experience is complicated and clunky - or, they are priced to only be affordable by much larger organizations. I don't think Publer is cheap, but for the cost, they are …
I haven't use any other platforms yet. I have looked into Sprout social and Buffer I think it is called. But I am price sensitive and it seems like Publer is the best "bang for the buck" so to speak and as a new entrepreneur that is awesome for me!
Not quite as powerful but easier to use and much more cost effective. Plus the Publer customer service is awesome. The prescheduling system makes batch processing my work much more convenient, and you can "reuse" a prior post then just alter some text or swap out an image to …
I like Publer because it posts PDF documents and other social media networks do not post PDF document so that's why I like Publer and I recommended because when you want to post a PDF document a lot of social media scheduler is just will not let you post PDFs and that's why I …
Cloud Campaign worked well for the most part, but some workflows were difficult to understand. It was also too expensive for my purposes. Publer does everything that I used Cloud Campaign for and does it better and for a lower price. I would highly recommend it to Cloud …
For intricate, complex organizations who dynamically fuse social and digital - Adobe Social is great. A methodical approach to social and its integration to other aspects of the company is needed. Furthermore, there must be buy in for many departments and the aptitude in those departments to learn how to use the tool - and then actually do it. There are many hurdles for most companies. It is NOT a tool for fast-paced social brands who want to react and measure in real time.
Publer works really well when you just need to plan and schedule social media posts across a few different platforms. It’s especially handy for small teams or solo marketers who want to keep things organized without dealing with overly complicated tools. I’ve found it great for queuing up Facebook posts, Instagram reels, and even LinkedIn content all in one place, and the interface is pretty easy to get the hang of.
Provide extensive Social Media listening so we can evaluate new ways we can enhance our card member experience and constantly evaluate the needs of our card members.
Provides detailed and in depth analytics so we can make smarter Social Media decisions.
Allows us to provide content across multiple Social Media platforms.
It would be good to see better integration of the Instagram platform, when it comes to using trending audio, getting template inspiration etc, but this may be limited by the available API.
Hashtag analysis and suggestion is pretty limited, and this is a feature in the higher paid accounts.
I wasn't in charge of making the actual management decision, but I would absolutely renew Adobe Social. As I mentioned, it provides strong and in-depth analytics and listening tools. The reports that it generates are very thorough and easy to read. I loved the platform and would recommend it to anyone
The reason why I give this rating is that the overall platform is simple to use. You don't need to be tech-savvy or have a vast understanding of how to work a marketing tool. It is very simple to use compared to different platforms and you learn a lot of different ways to build your business.
its very useful tool and I am giving this rating because this website made my sales increase in the last week and also in the last month and lets see if my sales will be great at Christmas, because i am using this tool to sell everything.
The reason why I give this a 9 out of 10 in terms of support is because of the mobile app functionality. I have had many issues in terms of logging in and also loading pages. The app overall is easy to use but at what cost? Other than that it is great and I still enjoy Adobe Social.
Training was long and a little confusing. While a number of features carried over, they were still covered in this elongated training. It would have been nice to have training tailored to experience level with the product.
The implementation was done during our POC. We had a very mixed experience here, and have had some issues arise since based on the way the tool was implemented. An Adobe employee went ahead and made a change to our account that was unauthorized (helpful for our implementation) which caused issues in on boarding another team who needed the same change, but could not get it done without costly Adobe certification
I don't really use many types of Adobe products however I used photoshop in the past and in terms of similarities they don't have much since it is for different purposes. The one thing they are great at is functionality. Many features and ways to finish the job effectively but overall great!
This is my answer: We tested Hootsuite, Buffer, and Postcron before choosing Publer. Hootsuite offered the features we needed, but its pay-per-seat pricing quickly became too costly for our small, in-house team. Buffer provided a good experience and reliable network coverage, but it felt “just okay." Postcron was the budget-friendly option, but its outdated UI and limited features, especially for bulk uploads and LinkedIn document posts, slowed down our workflow. Publer combines the best parts of all three: a clean, easy-to-use interface, unlimited scheduling on every platform we need, built-in AI captioning, and responsive support, all at a flat rate suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. That balance of features and affordability made Publer the clear choice.
Although we chose Adobe Social believing it could provide ROI metrics we could not get elsewhere, that turned out not to be the case. Site Catalyst can give us everything we need without Adobe Social
Adobe Social did not create greater efficiencies and speed up our activity within social media. In fact, it has done the oppposite. It is very cumbersome with little clear benefit.
