[ADP Mobile Solutions is] appropriate for when your at home and you need to request time off. It's also nice to see your benefits that you elected and be able to do open enrollment for benefits via the app. They can see their paystubs and their W2's and your able to print or email those documents to yourself.
If you are sick of emailing reminders and sending people their own stuff, this can be a great tool to use for employees to have 24/7 access to their prescription plan and other info. I really appreciate it that my company uses this. It has greatly reduced the burden on our HR staff.
ADP does a great job of handling all tax filings, which removes a lot of complexity and headache for the business owner.
ADP has great reporting functions to facilitate analysis around labor costs.
The "employee access" function allows employees to directly view their pay stubs, or tax statements, update changes in personal information like address or direct deposit info, which cuts down on admin work for business owner and improves accuracy of employee records.
I'd like to see favorites added to the selection bar. There are normally only one or two items I need to find quickly but there are several click-throughs.
User adoption is low within the client base that we have implemented this at and unless it can offer full EDI capabilities we will not be able to move away from Employee Navigator or Plan Source solutions
The usability seems very intuitive, as we turn more features on we are continually impressed. As we roll out features to our employees, it is very user-friendly, and most users have little to complain about. I would recommend a training module when someone first downloads the app, to have a few training screens before logging in to help those less familiar with application technology. Other than that recommendation, the app has been great.
I've never really had to use the support for ADP mobile, so I would say that it is a great reason to give a good score. I believe the support that is put into keeping the application up to date and keeping the functionality of the application must be a focus of ADP, which is nice to see.
ADP mobile is an extremely straightforward application in my opinion. Other apps are very similar though, offering an array of the same options. I wouldn't say the mobile application was the primary reason why we choose one service over another, but it is absolutely a must-have for choosing a system in general. I would say most applications we reviewed, specifically the Ceridian app, were very similar
We actually use HRconnection with a select few clients and use Employee Navigator, Plan Source, and ThinkHR because our clients or the carriers offered them to us as an online enrollment or training options
Well it's only for my pay but I will admit I check my pay a lot more often and check more data than I have before. I was able to catch a mistake early on and get it fixed. I might not have done so as early with my previous app.
