While face to face recognition still occurs, this is a place where staff can post publicly or privately, but a majority choose public. It has been incredibly popular since our implementation. Return on Investment	No answers on this topic	Employees are encouraged to "live the values" as other members see and recognize their achievements monetarily. This spreads a load of recognition from just leadership/managers across the entire organization, potentially eliminating/reducing a recurring existing task your company is currently doing.
