Qualtrics had many benefits in terms of reporting and analysis. However, it was lacking in the questions and survey building elements when compared to Alchemer
Alchemer has been very resourceful and compared to most competitors, it is superior in all aspects. It is affordable and no compromises on capabilities. It is also easy to use.
Our business team takes pride in immersing ourselves with the wide variety of survey-based platforms available. Much of our goal is recommending the proper people, processes, and technologies to our customers and many of those recommendations come from our own experience with …
While there are other survey platforms out there, SurveyGizmo stands out from the rest. It provides a much wider variety of question and filtering options and easily exports data and creates reports with the touch of a button. These features among others allow for greater …
Used to use SurveyMonkey at a previous company, and the functionality is quite similar. I recall SurveyMonkey having a few more bells and whistles, but that was years ago!
I liked the interface for SurveyGizmo much more than Qualtrics. You knew a question was adjusted in SurveyGizmo and wouldn't change, but with Qualtric's interface, you had to refresh the account several times sometimes to ensure the question would work appropriately. Also, with …
Survey Gizmo has similar survey complexity as Qualtrics (breadth of tools) and similar piping and logic. Survey Gizmo is better suited for slightly smaller enterprises since it has similar tools yet is not as expensive. Compared to Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo takes a bit more …
We have been using SG for over 4 years now. SG definitely is quickly catching up with Qualtrics and there are more and more powerful features coming out. Pricewise, SG is also much more affordable.
For the functionality, especially with the additional features such as NPS and Max Diff, SurveyGizmo was all around the best option for the price. It allowed us to do everything we could with a previous tool and didn't have too many extra functions we were paying for but didn't …
Chose Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys and Pulses
I had used surveymonkey in the past with another employer several years ago. The survey questions used were not great and did not measure what it is we were looking to obtain. At that time, it was also not really user-friendly, but again, this was awhile ago so I am sure they …
Chose Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys and Pulses
We had not used another product previously. We did use a 5 question employee satisfaction survey that was much like an employee NPS. But found these surveys did not provide us with actionable information. Quantum Workplace measures the areas we are interested in and provides us …
Chose Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys and Pulses
We have used the Gallup Q12 before. Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys allow you to select questions you would like to use. This way you can focus on areas you would like instead of just using a survey that does not have any customization. You can also change the questions …
Chose Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys and Pulses
We selected Quantum Workplace based on the following key priorities: - UI of the reporting site...needed it to be simple. - Flexibility in survey questions...we needed a tool that could accommodate our custom survey.
Chose Quantum Workplace Engagement Surveys and Pulses
Quantum Workplace allowed us to make the survey [they way] we wanted and at the same price. The ability to make the survey fit our needs was huge. We selected Quantum Workplace for this reason. Also because we felt comfortable with our rep Clay.
Price to performance, Survey Gizmo is a great tool. There are a couple hiccups but it has a ton of features that you can't get from some of the SMB competition and it even rivals some of the Enterprise competition. If you are looking for a large scale surveying platform, it may be worth it to go with one of the more expensive, team-oriented enterprise versions, but if you're part of a mid sized enterprise or SMB team, SurveyGizmo is worth it.
I have used the surveys across a couple different organizations and they are easy to use regardless of the level of team member or level of education. Accessing the surveys is also very easy as many in our current organization use their cell phones for access. When I asked them for feedback on the survey, they stated it was very easy to do and did not take too much time to provide feedback.
This tool allows us to drill down into departments to get an in-depth feel for the culture in each work group. This is all done while maintaining true anonymity for participants, which is always a staff fear.
Although we did not make good use of it, TeamPulse includes an online action planning tool that allows department management to work with their teams on the results, drill into the real meaning of those results on a department level, and jointly build action plans that can be tracked in the tool.
The analysis of the global results by the pros at Quantum Workplace produced an excellent executive overview of the results on an overall and department, job level, tenure and age basis. That analysis and the presentation delivered by Quantum Workplace was exactly what we needed for our leadership team that was new to the engagement survey game.
Possibly the best feature of Quantum Workplace's engagement survey tool is the statistically significant comparative data from other organizations of similar size, location, type of business, etc. The info has far more value when we are able to see where we stand in relation to other organizations, including some of Quantum Workplace's high performing participants.
Advanced logic - more difficult than what it should be. If I'm piping answers to another question, I shouldn't have to create a lengthy logic script for it to perform (this is just with advanced logic).
Too "bubbly" of a template - I didn't like the clouds so I had mine switched to a more basic format.
Accounts - should be able to create different accounts for different users and separate the surveys based on the user.
We are currently in the process of our survey with 4 days remaining. So far I have only had a positive experience. The only thing I wish is that I could have a better understanding of how our results will be provided. Since we did a custom survey not sure how the reports will work.
The feature sets, agility, and flexibility remain approachable and incredibly powerful. Support is also very responsive and top notch. Overall, with a bit of basic foundational skills, there are seemingly an unlimited number of use cases for which Alchemer can be leveraged.
The survey is very easy to use. Our Team Members were able to take the survey via their cell phones and had little to no trouble completing them in a reasonable period of time. Our folks in the office with computer access were all surprised at how easy and smooth the process to provide feedback went and how quickly they were able to work through each question.
Every once in awhile, it is necessary to solicit support. On those occasions, support is extremely responsive and supportive. It has been my experience that [if] they can't walk you through the desired endpoint, they will take a look at your build and remedy for you.
The professionals at Quantum really take the time to understand you and your organization and I think this goes a long way in rolling the product out with little to no issues. Their Customer Service Team does an outstanding job of being available or getting back to you in a very short period of time. I do not recall EVER being frustrated because I had to wait to get a question answered or could not get a question answered within a reasonable period of time.
Very easy system to use. I also like how you can customize your survey to work on certain areas you feel are important at the time. They also provide you with a list of questions you can select from as well as implement any custom questions you feel would be beneficial
Our business team takes pride in immersing ourselves with the wide variety of survey-based platforms available. Much of our goal is recommending the proper people, processes, and technologies to our customers and many of those recommendations come from our own experience with the tools. SurveyGizmo fills an extremely valuable role within business analytics. It helps gain the voice of the customer (or end-user) while offering a wide-ranging functional platform for data gathering and organization. SurveyGizmo is up to the task when competing with other high-profile tools and is a fantastic business option for those looking for a proficient survey tool.
I had used SurveyMonkey in the past with another employer several years ago. The survey questions used were not great and did not measure what it is we were looking to obtain. At that time, it was also not really user-friendly, but again, this was awhile ago so I am sure they have updated their software since then. Quantum was provided to us free (basic use) from our chamber--which is why we used it. However now that I have experience with Quantam, I will definitely use it again.
Our survey results have probably had the most effect on communication across the organization from the top to the individual departments and has also had an impact on management development. We have used the survey for the past four years and have implemented quarterly staff meetings, a corporate communications platform, and a CEO blog. As a result our employees feel included and value the opportunity to put their questions to the CEO.
