Amazon Kendra has been great for our internal knowledge base and website search engine. It's an extremely easy-to-use platform that can be easily integrated into bespoke platforms. We understand that it uses state-of-the-art technology, but pricing can certainly be improved in the long term. It does not bother us much now, because it delivers what it promises.

File indexing works very well, and training Discovery so that documents and technical terms are learned a bit of work, but it can be reduced by using some of the learning models already trained and available for use.
