Chose Teams Manager
As skype for business was getting outdated so we prefer Microsoft Teams over Skype.
Chose Teams Manager
Our general contractor for the build-out selected MT over Zoom. It was not our choice. Zoom has a bit more movement with background screen images and vid quality but it's all fairly close.
Chose Teams Manager

For different projects in a big organization different teams can be formed and thus their internal tasks assignments can be done there. It is easy to manage, assign tasks to people in a particular project. People or team leads in multiple projects can share different channels thus maintaining different projects. Users should be refrained of creating new teams just for fun purpose etc. to avoid to much chaos.

Usability

It is a well-designed and polished application on Teams. Most of its issues stem from Teams UI and UX, which could be improved further. However, if you can fit the team manager to your needs, it can become a very powerful tool to manage data flow.
