• Destiny Library Manager's interface is a little dated. After years and years of use, it just looks old. Functionality is not lost, nor is anything else.
• Attempts at automating the process to update our students from our SIS has not gone well. It's easier to enter new students manually.

Lusha is LinkedIn plugin and provide one contact at a time and is very expensive for a small company. They only have one advantage over Apollo is direct phone numbers of the prospects.

We have not used any other products. There was a time we were going to look at other options, but then Follett updated their products to the point where there was no longer a need to look elsewhere. We are very happy and love the cost.
