Avatao vs. Kount, an Equifax company

Avatao is an excellent tool for learning about secure coding and IT security in general. It can help you gain a lot of useful knowledge without feeling like it's a chore. The tutorials and challenges cover a lot of topics, at various difficulty levels. The UI looks nice and it's also user-friendly.

A scenario where Midigator is well suited is in the efficient response time. I like how fast Midigator always replies to my emails in a timely manner. I also appreciate how they are willing to go above and beyond always to help me and make sure I have all questions answered always.

No system is perfect, but Midigator is always in pursuit of perfection. I give them high marks for always trying their best to continue adding value.

Avatao is playing a great role in providing fantastic services. The great feature that I like the most in Avatao that it does not support only one programming language, it ranges its security protocols from various programming languages like Python, java, C#, and C++. Avatao bot is also very helpful in simple operation as when you get stuck somewhere the bot can actually help and make you out of that easily.

We utilized Kount and Midigator concurrently for a short period of time. I have zero negatives to share about Kount, but we did not continue with them because we found Midigator to fill all of our current needs. In all truth, Kount and Midigator paired well together to cast a wide net on potential chargebacks/disputes, and it helped us gain an edge in preventing them. We moved on from Kount because it did not yield as many prevention notices as Midigator, but should the need arise and our budget increase, we'd likely team up to include them to compliment Midigator in having the best chargeback midigator system ever.

• Before using Midigator, members would call to cancel their membership and customer service would cancel them and provide a refund. However, the member would also call their bank to dispute the original charge. So, they end up getting double the amount that they paid. Using Midigator, we are able to avoid losing revenue.
