I give CloudContactAI a 10/10 because it solves all of the issues I have on just one platform. Before I discovered CCAI, I was using multiple platforms to manage all of my communication. This started to become an issue--I had so many tabs on my browser that it began to be counterproductive. CloudContactAI simplifies communication.

Whenever I've had a fast, simple question, I was able to consult their documentation page or chatbot on their website to find the support I needed within just a couple of minutes.

Alternatives Considered
We have tried many other CPaaS platforms including Twilio, Telnyx, Nexmo, SignalWire and Bandwidth. The Avaya CPaaS has the richest set of available features combined with the most competitive pricing model!

CloudContactAI provides SMS, email, and voice all on one platform so that you don't have to switch between accounts. These other software solutions offer all of these features but on separate accounts. Without CloudContactAI, I would have to use SimpleTexting, SendGrid, and Google Hangouts to leverage the same functionality that CloudContactAI offers on its one platform.
