Chose BizFlow BPM Suite
At the beginning of the project, we considered popular tools for the modeling and execution of business processes: jBPM, Activity, Tibco, etc. jBPM is the tool we liked because of its strong support of BPMN 2.0 and strong online community and support. We had different …
Firstly, Before this system was used, I calculated my data on their website to find out how many days I save working days. And the result was the same that they said that's why I chose it. And also being user-friendly and not being complicated and that.
Winshuttle works better with SAP than UiPath does in terms of performance and stability. The time to deploy a Process in Winshuttle is faster and less complex. It doesn't require coding skills as much as for UiPath. Winshuttle excels in batch input operations and also has a …
Winshuttle provides ease of usage for automating various mundane and yet time-consuming activities, with the least amount of customizing, while preserving the flexibility and integrity of the information. The ability to work with Excel templates is very much appreciated by …
Originally we were using LSMWs in SAP but the error logs were not an easy read and you did not know if you had an issue until the entire LSMW was complete. With WinShuttle you can easily read the error logs right away and see if you have any issues with your script and stop the …

Chose Winshuttle
Winshuttle is a solid solution, at the same time it's friendly and simple. Any user can create scripts and solve his/her problems. In our case I work in the IT department and that let me understand all the potential of Winshuttle. But any user can use it easily. It is simple …
I do not think - from what I have found - there is a comparative to another product. Winshuttle is in a league of its own. There are some other vendors out there, but I have not found a product that can do what Winshuttle does when it comes to SAP data.
I think Winshuttle is much easier to use, because non-technical people can update and create transactional and master data in SAP from Excel and Access without programming. errors are easy and faster to fix. It's faster to setup and gets data loaded faster.
- Winshuttle is easy to use. Recording and Mapping of data is simple as compared to complex 14 steps of LSMWs and difficult to use eCATT from SAP. - Winshuttle is faster and also records all the output messages coming from SAP. This helps when the output data is required to …
The impression about the product during the demo was a great plus. The trial version allowed us to use and sense the feeling of the product. The customer support for any issues / clarifications were answered quickly. Two different licenses like transaction and run, made the …
From my experience, I would say nothing else on the market even compares to the reliability and extreme ease of use of Winshuttle. The native data output that is built into SAP is horrible compared to the fluidity and overall speed of Winshuttle for moving large amounts of data …
With Lawson there were many steps to upload large documents and you would not know if it worked or not until the very end even if a misstep was made during the initial upload. Additionally, it was a very time consuming process and there was not a simple way to complete large …
Although the tool was developed locally in South Korea, it is still a good tool and is already validated in a number of industries. The problem is, no one seems to know the future of the product. It is okay to use it as a pilot tool for any non-commercial purpose, but to be used in a professional or enterprise setting, maintenance, licensing, and other things need to be guaranteed by HandySoft.
It is easy to use. No technical backgroud required. Works extremely well in SAP GUi environments. Need to improve capabilities in scenarios involving data grids. Also it has a opportunity to address scenarios in SAP web Applications such as SAP CRM. The license is named user based which is cost effective challenging. Maybe a concurrent based model would be more attractive
BizFlow has a long history of development and implementation in a variety of industries. Its modeling tool is well-designed and user-friendly.
BizFlow supports seamless integration with backend services like MySQL databases and web services. Since it is an enterprise-wide BPM tool, system performance was stable and robust.
It supports modern m-health requirements, with social BPM functions and mobile support. Mobile integration especially was good, with the provider's secure messaging functions.
"Training" I feel Winshuttle was extremely easy to learn' my team and I went to a week long training class on the uses of the software upon finishing the course we all became internal (company) support as well as expert functional users.
"Ease of use" once a user learns the basics processes of the software it is functionally very easy to use and if there are problems with in the processing that cannot be supported internally Winshuttle community and support quickly helped clear up those issues, "if they occurred"
"Processes data FAST" once the transaction is mapped and recorded the user can move through (process) large amounts of data very quickly, saving lots of time by eliminating manual steps.
"Data Error Correction" through the transactional processing of large amounts of data, nothing is ever perfect, usually during data migration process if a single line fails the process stops, the correction is made to the data and the process starts all over again. Winshuttle data migration process doesn't stop it will provide a list of exceptions upon completion of the data load. It does this by only processing the "good" data and when bad data is encountered it is skipped and an error message is created and added to the data sheet. With this process the user now only has to worry about exceptions that didn't load and also knows why the line failed so making correction are easier and faster.
It's not even clear that BizFlow is still managed by the company. It was a good tool before, but it looks like it's been fading out.
Although this was an R&D project in an academic institute, business support was extremely poor. We had no idea how to resolve issues; there were no online communities, documentation, or anyone who knew this product.
Few references in healthcare and clinical settings. We tried this for a proof-of-concept though, so it didn't matter.
Fantastic tool and honestly the best out there for the particular need. I cannot think of any reason we wouldn't renew as it truly offers the perfect solution to what is often a supremely difficult process. Also, I believe that from a cost perspective it is quite agreeable given the amount of benefit/ROI received
- I have used Winshuttle Transaction and Direct and the interface is simple, intuitive and easy to understand. - Not much technical knowledge of SAP is required before loading the data. - Data can be loaded for any sheet of an Excel spreadsheet - Output messages from Winshuttle are very clear and can be used to as an input to other data loads that use these output data
The winshuttle staff are some of the best in the business. I have been working with them for several years and always have had a positive interaction. There support staff are very knowledgeable. There product managers are very supportive as well and always open to hear feedback on how you like the product and any gaps that you would like to find a solution to better improve the products.
At the beginning of the project, we considered popular tools for the modeling and execution of business processes: jBPM, Activity, Tibco, etc. jBPM is the tool we liked because of its strong support of BPMN 2.0 and strong online community and support. We had different expectations for BizFlow, like professional and business supports. In the end, although haven't decided yet, most likely we will move forward with jBPM instead of BizFlow. Unless things change, the tool will fade out from the market silently.
I do not think - from what I have found - there is a comparative to another product. Winshuttle is in a league of its own. There are some other vendors out there, but I have not found a product that can do what Winshuttle does when it comes to SAP data. Yes, there are other ideas and SAP based answers to data problems, LSMW or ABAP programming and SAP Business Objects or BW. These are all more labor intensive and require IT support to do the builds. The bottom line is, a customer wants a product that allows the business user to be able to meet their data demands with autonomy. And the Cost center owner does not want to break the bank or have a grandstanding deployment of something. Winshuttle products blend right into the stride of the business flow. And it is easy to support internally. I have found these point to be true in my case.
We ended up deciding to not use BizFlow for future projects. The main reason wasn't due to ROI or cost, but was due to our uncertainty of the management and future direction of the tool by the company.
Besides the business issue, as far as reasonably priced software goes, it is a good tool.
Adopting BizFlow into a healthcare industry may come with additional expense due to its lack of references in the industry, which should be additionally considered.
It definitely resulted in a positive ROI in corporate finance, with increased efficiencies achieved for closing activities when time is of the essence, especially in those quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
Posting ROI was realized during cut-over activities by project teams and master data management teams with the utilization of Winshuttle.
It helps business folks make complex journal entries on an as needed basis, especially when the entry is complex and needs a lot of cost objects for correction or adjustment entries.
