For different projects in a big organization different teams can be formed and thus their internal tasks assignments can be done there. It is easy to manage, assign tasks to people in a particular project. People or team leads in multiple projects can share different channels thus maintaining different projects. Users should be refrained of creating new teams just for fun purpose etc. to avoid to much chaos.

Usability

It is a well-designed and polished application on Teams. Most of its issues stem from Teams UI and UX, which could be improved further. However, if you can fit the team manager to your needs, it can become a very powerful tool to manage data flow.

Alternatives Considered
We initially investigated other alternatives, but found that Blissfully was well suited for our needs. It had a good amount of pre-built functionality which was built based off of Blissfully's expertise; but also the ability to customize where we needed. Additionally, other solutions try to do A LOT more, which makes it much more cumbersome to move over to because you're changing multiple systems as opposed to augmenting specific processes.

Similar teams meeting management software with totally different functionality. It was used briefly in a one-off trial but was never implemented due to the dominance of Teams and Zoom. It's essential to use software that most people can access, or at least quickly obtain, for holding meetings with people outside of your organization.
