Considered Both Products
Bombora
Chose Bombora
They are different platforms, we actually think they both work in unison, as Bombora does not provide as much granular information on the company and who is actually searching, however, they provide a stronger initial overview of user intent than other products and a holistic …
Chose Bombora
N/A - have not evaluated other services.
Chose Bombora
Albacross is more specific to anon user identification on our personal site, which is exact product buying intent rather than just industry. Bombora give broader insight, albacross more specified.
Chose Bombora
On a par, we use all three of these either currently or in the past
Each tool has its benefits it would be good for the tools to co-exist and learn to further the improvement
Bombora is the current go to and continues to deliver - that said the marketplace is competitive, so we …
Chose Bombora
Above average performance on a broader base of contacts
Chose Bombora
Enjoy Bombora a lot more than when we had Demandbase. DB seemed a lot clunkier, harder to use. Salespeople didn't trust the data as much.
Chose Bombora
One major factor that influenced to have Bombora apart from the quality of data is competitive pricing.
Chose Bombora
Having a true understanding of WHERE the data comes from and how it is collected was a question no other intent data providers could give us a straight answer on. With Bombora, we know exactly where it comes from, how it's scored, and what our next step is to leverage the data.
Chose Bombora
Bombora doesn't give you a token for the number of accounts that are populated. You can search and request as many as you'd like. With other platforms, they provide you a token, and if you use all your tokens for the month, then you have to wait til next month.
Chose Bombora
Bombora has a far lower expense for the service, despite the quality of data. It is a big enough gap to be a major factor in deciding which product to use, for still excellent quality data in comparison to Clearbit. It is also much easier to integrate with our services.
Chose Bombora
I haven't compared them to other vendors, but I have heard of 6sense.
Chose Bombora
I haven't used any other, as Bombora has always remained the best in class in my experience.
Chose Bombora
6sense, G2 for Buyers, TechTarget Priority Engine, ZoomInfo SalesOS and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Chose Bombora
While we use both TechTarget and Bombora at our company, Bombora provides a better high level view for our Marketing department to use for our various programs and initiatives. On the other hand, TechTarget is a better tool for Sales to easily identify prospects with high …
Chose Bombora
I do not have a ton of experience with the other products but from the demos and calls I was on Bombora was the leading product in this area.

Additionally, the main deciding factor about choosing Bombora was their stellar sales team that prioritized our business needs over any …
Chose Bombora
Bombora is solid, but room for improvement
Chose Bombora
We saw more features with some competitors, but Bombora fits into our budget nicely and is a nice starting tool.
Chose Bombora
If Bombora is the fuel for the engine (the data), then 6sense and Qualified are the airplanes. We were looking for more data/fuel to throw on our revenue generating engine and didn't need a full suite of features to automate our outreach for us. We are a small company and …
Chose Bombora
Bombora provides the best B2B targeting solutions for paid media relative to competitors. Madison Logic is a great B2B provider for brands looking to get content (e.g. case studies, white papers, eBooks, etc.) distributed and syndicated to a broader B2B audience. Bombora …
Chose Bombora
Bombora is still the best intent data provider but ZoomInfo is catching up very quick. ZoomInfo has a leg up on Bombora as they now have steaming intent data which updates daily, vs Bombora that only updates weekly. ZoomInfo is a one stop shop for B2B GTM data where Bombora is …
ZoomInfo Operations
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
I think each product has their own benefits and strengths. Since I use ZoomInfo Operations on more frequent basis I like that more because of its versatility and scope.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
We ultimately went with Zoominfo's Ringlead because there was more functionality that allowed us to segment and score records in addition to just routing them.

I would say where Distribution Engine excels over ZoomInfo technically is sticky matching owners to accounts. Ringlead …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
I have only used ZoomInfo
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
I stacked up for ZoomInfo Operations for his data accuracy, real time enrichment , seamless CRM integrations. I choose ZoomInfo Operations for its robust GTM intelligence , ensuring our sales team engage with right audience faster and drives better conversion. This is the only …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
We didn't find that Interseller compared. We have found that SourceWhale is a good supplement if ZoomInfo doesn't have information or accurate information for a contact.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
ZoomInfo complements these other services, by fitting into the "process chain" of sales and acquisition. We use marketing to get the leads, operations to aggregate and qualify, ZI sales to enhance the data and fill blanks, and then ZoomInfo chat to internally spread the news.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
This was the other tool we reviewed, but the OS applications were more detailed and had better results. Although still a good tool it just did not fit our scope for our sales group. Have yet to find any of the ZoomInfo tools to not be but quality and informational …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
We assumed the top 2 had the same quality of data and functionality, so it became a price war and ZoomInfo offered the best deal. Other competitors seem to have sloppy data. While ZI does as well, given its age and maturity, it was a safe bet for us to make for a vendor.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
This has a similar issue to RingLead Capture, as it only returns the data that users themselves update, which is often outdated or incorrect. However, RingLead Route does allow lead assignment and tracking in more ways than LinkedIn Sales Navigator does, which is helpful in …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
I think EverString is more smooth and easy to juggle with. I think I used Apollo and EverString for a year and for me EverString is my practical choice. Although Apollo is a good software tool but I think EverString is more convenient and advanced. Nonetheless, they share …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
EverString is far superior to InsideView, which contains a significant amount of outdated or inaccurate information such as companies that are no longer in business or are extremely small and being presented as much larger. The accuracy of EverString compared to InsideView is …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
The data seems more accurate and also offers intent data within EverString.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
RingLead DMS Capture is an interesting comparison to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, because even though it is a similar product, it also enhances and compliments the other product. There is very similar functionality in the two product. However, at the end of the day, the ability to …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
From an enrichment standpoint, we've found Clearbit to be a very strong technology partner. Consequently, we use both Clearbit and EverString (though Clearbit is primarily used for Enrichment at this point).
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
We Zoominfo for our list building needs, because when compared to Everstring's 30-40% email quality, we found that Zoominfo is around 60% verified emails. We have found that their data filtering is much better in terms of contacts but it is hard to determine before exporting if …
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
Insideview has a much larger database of names/emails. However, their data isn't always accurate.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
Not the right person to ask.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
EverString is very accessible in providing data instantly, which is beneficial to our quickly growing sales team. We have a very specific audience, so EverString's capabilities to find similar companies has been key.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
We evaluated EverString and Datafox and found that EverString had everything that we were looking for, and the sales reps were very attentive.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
Better in terms of accuracy of contacts and their intent.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
It's better than Marketo, but LinkedIn is working better. It finds the individual info rather than the company.
Chose ZoomInfo Operations
Everstring is the first and only product I have used that performs this task.

If they want to use the data within the Bombora environment and generate reports within the environment, I think you get some great insights into what a company is researching. When you try to download the data and build your own reports, it is not easy to do. The download part is easy, it is the data wrangling afterward that is tricky.

The contact enrichment feature adds missing contact info, like emails or phone numbers. It also allows us to confirm that the address information on our CRM matches what Zoom says. I wish more emails were available within the service, but what you can glean from Zoom makes marketing to the correct personas much easier.

Pros
  • Makes it easy to find company’s with high intent around our services.
  • Makes prospecting more effective by allowing us to focus on the right accounts.
  • Allows us to spend our marketing dollars on the accounts that are most likely to convert.

  • EverString allows us to build account lists based off in-depth firmographic or technographic data. It's far more accurate than trying to build these lists any other way.
  • EverString is fast. Where it might've previously taken us weeks to build lists of this quality, we now can build them in a matter of minutes (and have them ready to be published in a couple of hours).

Cons
  • Analytics Reports - could be more automated and user-friendly. Instead of selecting all of the intent topics, it would be great to be able to use the previously defined intent clusters.
  • Industry categories - are very generic, making it difficult to identify the specific companies of interest.

  • Contacts underneath Companies can be outdated by 4+ years (left employer years prior).
  • Customer support is not as engaged as a smaller software company might be. Delays in solving issues.
  • Limits in sharing lists, queries, and tags between users under the same account.

Would love to keep everstring as part of our tech stack in the future. if we ever have to move from everstring it will be due to budget not the solution itself.

Usability
I give Bombora an 8 as they do intent well for now. Not a 10 because again its a one trick pony where there are other platforms like ZoomInfo that offer intent as well plus so much more. From an end user perspective, I'd like Bombora to build out first party intent data capabilities to combine into the scoring.

Usability is among the highest I have ever worked within an application of this magnitude. It was a significant recession for us and our sales team along with some of our onboarding folks have been able to use the tool as well. Other are able to benefit as well that are outside of the sales team but I do get as much of their feedback as I do from the sales team.

Our CSM team is always available for us to meet with via an outreach click to book an invite and we have standing meetings. They met with us on day 1 of implementation and had us up and running that evening. They even go to the lengths of matching industry tenured folks with us to help us move faster.

Have a plan on how you're going to evaluate. We had a two-month trial period, but a six-month average lead cycle time, making it impossible to evaluate on a purely new-business ROI basis within the trial. We applied the model to our prior data, which demonstrated how much time and effort was devoted to accounts that weren't going to close

I haven't tried stacking it against any competition as I feel no need to. ZoomInfo blows me away like it first did in 2018, and I don't want something different. I hear Clay is good, but I just haven't felt the need to try it out or replace ZoomInfo at all.

  • While ABM is always hard to specifically pinpoint a hard # against, I'd say that Bombora has been a big part of every marketing campaign, ad creation, go-to-market messaging towards x account, Refining Marketing & Sales intelligence from an ABM Function.

  • The rate we close prospects run through Zoom products is up 10% on average
  • The time to close a prospect has been reduced by one calendar week (about 5%)
  • The time spent reviewing prospects has shrunk from 1-2 hours a week to 5-10 minutes which is HUGE.
