Bonusly vs. Humantelligence

Bonusly has provided us a formal space to post recognition. While face to face recognition still occurs, this is a place where staff can post publicly or privately, but a majority choose public. It has been incredibly popular since our implementation. Staff love the ability to earn time off through recognition. That customized redemption is our most popular reward.

Besides, Humantelligence has the required tests, which validates the person a company employ. More so, the prediction of the labor market and the possible outcomes of a batch of staff is also assisted or facilitated by Humantelligence. Finally, there are scientific procedures for performance evaluation.

I haven’t found any other platform that I would consider in a similar product to Bonusly. When we got involved with the platform, it was the only one of it’s type and we’ve been blown away with it since then.

Humantelligence has one of the advanced predictive analytics, which helps in controlling the labor market and businesses are able to plan for the future. Besides, Humantelligence uses scientific methods in evaluating the personalities of the candidates, and there are suitable performance control methods. Finally, Humantelligence allows the use of AI, which would improve company planning.
