Brand24 was priced right compared to other more expensive tools that offer similar functionality. It also offered more keywords/hashtags/users to track and the filters were very robust to find the posts that matter most.

Brand24 is perfect for a company that wants to build up its social media presence. It's great to know when our organization is mentioned online so I can engage with other companies. I like the mobile app but if there was a way to be notified via phone with it that would make it even better.

The visual grid feature is my favourite feature of PLANOLY as it allows me to see how my content will look before I post it. I haven`t found this feature with other social media planners
