Brand24 vs. Twitonomy

Brand24 is perfect for a company that wants to build up its social media presence. It's great to know when our organization is mentioned online so I can engage with other companies. I like the mobile app but if there was a way to be notified via phone with it that would make it even better.

Twitonomy is well suited for any type of business small, medium, or large. It helps converting data to reports and helps you analyze which brands and campaigns are performing well. It helps you know the behavior of market, what customers are interested in. Follows your tweets, account followers, tags etc. All of the data is provided in an easy and consumable way.

• Allowed you set up instant triggers to find post that submitted very recently

I would start with Mention as opposed to beginning with Brand24. We originally used Mention but the price was increasing year-over-year so we wanted to try a cheaper alternative. We eventually did go back to Mention after Brand24, due to its ease of use and it was also easier to monitor our brand with Mention in the end.

Twitonomy helps you understand your profile's / word's / campaign's deep learning and analyse it with great reporting formats, graphs etc. It will allow you to download all these datas also. It gives real time data, fast tracking of keywords giving you an updated response and result. Checking these data you can continue to work on your campaign or you can discontinue it
