Litmus offers different plan types to fit various needs, offering monthly and annual plans, as well as fully customizable Enterprise plans.
Easier than the big ones and more robust and than the small ones. Braze seems to be a great fit for teams that need to move fast, cannot spend a lot of time in certifications and training and are able to adapt to innovation. As for pricing, Braze has different pricing depending …
I think Braze is the strongest currently. I found Emarsys to be very difficult to navigate and clunky. Ometria I found to be a good platform, however, more difficult to scale. My role using Ometria was more integration focused so had more exposure to the challenges with …
Braze is easy to use and offers excellent modern functionalities, making it ideal for contemporary marketing. The training support and implementation support provided by Braze are also good. In terms of mobile-friendly email creation and personalisation, Braze has stood out. …
Userback does not have mobile SDKs and Instabug cannot do property level filtering for events. So both of these are limited in getting the right message to our users at the right time. In addition to this, Braze allows us to filter by audience properties, so we can reach out to …
Braze was built with mobile at its core, offering strong support for push, in-app messaging, and mobile SDKs ideal for app-driven businesses. Iterable, while solid in email and web, is generally less mobile-native by comparison
Unlike MailChimp, Braze goes beyond just email and SMS as communication channels. With communication channels like push notification, in-app message, and content card, Braze is clearly a superior platform for customer engagement. Also, Braze offers more options for dynamic …
Mailchimp is fine for bulk email and some light automation, but it still centers on email; push or in-app support feels tacked on, and new segments update only after hours. Braze gives us email, push, SMS, in-app, and web all native, with data streaming in real time, so …
Braze is superior top Iterable, full stop. Their partner integrations gives us more freedom to choose the vendor that fits our company the best, not forcing us to choose the one vendor that's compatible or resigning to having siloed data. Also, the Braze team goes the extra …
Active Campaign is not in the list, but in general, it is significantly less powerful and requires a subscription and add-on pricing structure, which is not good for a start-up in a scale-up phase. Braze is well-suited for long-term growth and scaling from a small to a large …
I wasn't part of the decision-making process for selecting Braze, since I joined the company after Braze was already "integrated" with our company. I'd still say that Braze would me my 1st choice compared to other tools that I used in the past.
Braze is by far the most user friendly tool. The frequency and usability of the super regular product releases they roll out really sets them apart in a stale marketplace historically dominated by Salesforce, Adobe and other big players. They think App first - critical in the …
Feels less clunky, easier to navigate, equally stacked on features that matter. May have some ways of working that are different from peer solutions, but trades speed and reliance over inefficiently designed or risky solutions.
Acoustic was becoming too expensive and we had email and SMS with separate providers so we were looking for a way to cut costs and merge into one provider. Both Acoustic and Attentive were becoming very expensive as well and Braze provided all the functionalities that we were …
Braze has many features that these tools don't, like a heatmap, a catalogue, the ability to create tons of attributes, and easy-to-use template features.
salesforce is better suited for the sales funnnel or for B2B rather than B2C so in this case Braze already stacks up great as a wonderful B2C all-rounder product. Mailchimp, firebase and others ive used are gragmented as they all offer different features and are not a ONE …
I don't have a lot of other experience using software other than Braze. However the product has not given me much need to look elsewhere for another vendor and I am generally very happy with it for my use.
Braze is much more real-time, has an updated interface, and offers in-app communication, unlike SFMC. The only downside is that Liquid isn't quite as powerful as AMPscript.
I selected Litmus because it provides an all-in-one powerful tool to update content, collaborate with teams, and analyse data seamlessly. This saves a big amount of time for the whole team. The insights are more granular allowing us to focus deeper into improvements. The …
Having used both, I definitely prefer Litmus over Email on Acid. It's a little more intuitive in terms of UI, and previews load faster. The integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud also sets it apart further.
We've tried Email on Acid in the past and Litmus has a much more advanced offering. The user interface is superior and they are constantly innovating and rolling out new features.
This is not applicable to my role as I have used Litmus to test emails since I have started. Because of the ease of use, timeliness, consistent quality, and affordability that Litmus offers, I haven't found the need to look at similar products or organizations. If all of these …
I've used Hubspot marketing Hub previously to build marketing emails. In my current role, I do not use Litmus to build emails, only to QA - so I can cannot compare apples to apples. But I do have some familiarity with Hubspot, and I was never able to easily share an email for …
I found that Litmus was able to give a more in-depth review and feedback on accessibility issues in my campaigns, whereas SendForensics lacked any helpful features for this purpose. Litmus' features have helped us better serve all our clients' customers.
I haven't used another service similar to Litmus before, but would be very happy to recommend it and I do not feel the need to evaluate other products.
We currently use both Everest and Litmus. In my opinion, the way our team uses Litmus would rank in second place compared to Everest. Everest not only reports on deliverability, feedback loops, spam traps, block listings, domain and IP reputation, and so much more, but it also …
There is just no comparison in a way, Litmus offers a much greater range of features, from builder to previews accross various clients. Mailchimp only seems to allow very simple features compared to what Litmus itself has to offer.
We selected Litmus primarily due to its balance of cost and functionality compared to other platforms. It offers a wide range of features for testing, previewing, and optimizing email campaigns, which was critical for our needs. While some competitors offer similar tools, …
Its really well suited to brands with a mobile app. And from what I can glean from the features my org isn't able to take advantage of, its best suited for: - B2C brands that use social media - ecommerce (i.e. CPG) Otherwise, I am not convinced it is the tool I would recommend for users that do not have a mobile app. You're not getting most of the value from it.
I’ve been really impressed with Litmus, especially the personalization features. Being able to easily plug in tools like sentiment trackers right into our emails has helped us gather valuable third-party data without a lot of extra work. I also really appreciate the ongoing learning resources—they offer tons of free webinars and articles that are actually useful. I recently read one on email deliverability that broke down specific data and gave me clear, actionable steps to improve how our emails are hitting inboxes. It’s more than just a testing tool—it’s become a go-to resource in our email marketing toolkit.
The AQ and Approval Process is very seamless. We have a brand team of 20 people, and there are mostly five emails being deployed every day across 3 Hotels and 30 restaurants.
The Preview of the email template on all devices, ranging from mobile phones to laptops and iPads, which we can also check based on ISPs like Gmail, Outlook, and AOL, is a very good feature that we use for each email.
The Analytics tools we use for each email to create a tracking link to insert into our email for a send is a great feature. It helps us to see the email performance based on ISP clients.
For every edits, we receive an email on our inbox, which is very helpful.
Enabling GIF/videos to be directly uploaded on to Braze's platform
Easier way of creating canvases; right now it is too complex for someone new who is starting off in the company to understand what things do and where things are
Ability to track duplicate user profiles within the entire audience segment
Automated deduplicating email addresses/phone numbers in each targeting segment; right now it's done manually after extracting csv files
We are on a mission for an omnichannel experience for our customers and are already making good progress with Braze able to fully support and optimise this
I love using Litmus and find that it has been a huge component of the success of our email campaigns. I can't say enough great things about the platform, and I have seen firsthand how it has saved me time building and sending fully optimized email campaigns. I would absolutely renew again.
It is an easy-to-understand platform, thanks to its design and accessibility. You can, for example, easily find any users and their data, check exact volumes of segments, follow the history of messages sent, and create reports. We can connect Braze with other platforms for analysis or email design (Snowflake, Hightouch, Stripo...).
Litmus has integrations that make the software an integrated part of my work every day. Being able to test right within my email builder is just brilliant. Daily I also use the web interface to review analytics and spam testing. Overall it is one of the pieces of software I use daily without any complaints or issues.
We have never had a problem with Litmus being unavailable so I would say their availability is fantastic. There might have been one time years ago that the site was down briefly but it also might have been a server issue on my end. Either way, Litmus was back up and running in a very short time
As with all technology, there are inevitably use-cases where you are unable to get to your original goal without some good old-fashioned experimenting. Some situations will (and are) more urgent which complicates an effective integration of a new process or a new team using an existing process but the "issues" are regularly resolved by re-starting the process specific to when Litmus is introduced to a project. If it doesn't come out the way you're anticipating, run it again and verify there is an issue before declaring all is lost
Very responsive and helpful on simple questions, but not great other than that. They do not have a way for the customer/user to escalate a ticket. You have to contact your rep and in some cases, they don't respond within 24 hours so you have no idea if they have escalated it. There is no phone number for an urgent issue - you have to rely on email
I didn’t really personally participate much in the implementation of Litmus, but from what I observed during the process, it was a smooth process with minimal disruptions. The team was able to get up and running quickly, and the platform’s user-friendly interface made onboarding fairly easy for everyone involved from the start.
Braze has its own strengths and weaknesses compared to Bloomreach and Hubspot. Personally I prefer Bloomreach for lifecycle journey and orchestration however I've felt integration and scaling to be more straightforward with Braze. Other platforms have been reviewed but for value for money at scale and quality of platform, Braze came out as the chosen one.
I selected Litmus because it provides an all-in-one powerful tool to update content, collaborate with teams, and analyse data seamlessly. This saves a big amount of time for the whole team. The insights are more granular allowing us to focus deeper into improvements. The preview tools is one of the most important features we heavily rely on, as we can see how emails are previewed across multiple devices. Speed is also a major factor. Being an organisation sending out many emails, we are happy with the speed and efficiency of accessing and organising emails.
With our enterprise account, scalability is not an issue. I have not yet seen or heard of significant issues with user access, API connections for integrations etc. This includes down time for "Scheduled Maintenance" as some providers call them, Litmus has the technology backing to support a global team with a 24-hour workday across regions
Litmus saves our team so much time by making the QA and email review process so much easier, streamlined, and efficient.
We often send out campaigns out to thousands of members, and Litmus gives us the assurance and peace of mind that everything is working as it should before it gets sent out.
Decreases the number of email review cycles we go through.
