Its really well suited to brands with a mobile app. And from what I can glean from the features my org isn't able to take advantage of, its best suited for: - B2C brands that use social media - ecommerce (i.e. CPG) Otherwise, I am not convinced it is the tool I would recommend for users that do not have a mobile app. You're not getting most of the value from it.

It's great for a small to medium-sized marketing team. We manage it with just a two person marketing staff. It also works well with the Professional version of Salesforce. It works well for moderately skilled marketers, meaning ones that might not have previous marketing automation experience or lots of digital experience. The other options are much more complex.   • Visibility - Net-Results provides an excellent view into the current state of our prospects. We can understand how prospects are engaging with our assets, create detailed segments, and track prospects through the different stages of our nurturing campaigns.
  • Responsive email design - Net-Results has an excellent drag and drop email builder that uses responsive email designs. It is the easiest email builder I've ever used and the emails look great on both desktop and phones.
  • Support - Obviously support is not a product feature, but it is one of the most important aspects to consider when choosing solutions. Net-Results in the front of the pack when it comes to support. Their support team is intelligent, responsive, and is able to provide a resolution often in only one or two emails.
  • Campaign flexibility - There is a great deal of flexibility when it comes to structuring campaigns. Between segmentation and logical branching Net-Results is able to execute campaigns just as you envision them. They've done a nice job making the campaign complexity scalable, allowing simple campaigns to be created with ease.

  • Ability to track duplicate user profiles within the entire audience segment
  • Automated deduplicating email addresses/phone numbers in each targeting segment; right now it's done manually after extracting csv files

  • Adding new contacts to our contact list. I would love integrations with Outlook. I am communicating with new people every day and it would be awesome to be able to tag a new contact and automatically add that person to an appropriate contact segment without logging in and manually adding a new contact (which I rarely do)

Usability
It is an easy-to-understand platform, thanks to its design and accessibility. You can, for example, easily find any users and their data, check exact volumes of segments, follow the history of messages sent, and create reports. We can connect Braze with other platforms for analysis or email design (Snowflake, Hightouch, Stripo...).

Net Results is pretty easy to use and understand. I wouldn't say that it is the best in comparison to MailChimp's drag and drop email builder, but Net Results do so much more than MailChimp that it is hard to even compare the two. Overall Net Results has good usability

Very responsive and helpful on simple questions, but not great other than that. They do not have a way for the customer/user to escalate a ticket. You have to contact your rep and in some cases, they don't respond within 24 hours so you have no idea if they have escalated it. There is no phone number for an urgent issue - you have to rely on email

Alternatives Considered
Braze has its own strengths and weaknesses compared to Bloomreach and Hubspot. Personally I prefer Bloomreach for lifecycle journey and orchestration however I've felt integration and scaling to be more straightforward with Braze. Other platforms have been reviewed but for value for money at scale and quality of platform, Braze came out as the chosen one.
