Brightpod was definitely the most attractive and we felt like it had the least amount of clutter. We hated how Wrike handled recurring tasks. ActiveCollab just seemed to have some complexity that we didn't need. The Brightpod developers are very responsive and were able to fix …

Brightpod is best suited for someone that needs a project management software with recurring projects that can be templated. I'm not sure of a situation where this would be a good fit. For all activities that concentrate on collaboration, from sharing of content, management of tasks, feedback tracking, and others, Ruum by SAP will do perfectly and utilize finances. More so, the application helps in milestone tracking, where we know the progress, and understand what ought to be done. There is Gantt chart and flow chart from Ruum by SAP, all outlining what should follow when the process starts.
Brightpod is easy to use. We have several levels of users, some are from outside the USA and some are here. We needed something that could be used by programmers, coders, technical project managers, marketing individuals, and administrators. We get a thumbs up from all these user types. The system is hardly ever down, so we are able to use 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

[It also] shares the project milestones with the external clients for the particular project status records, [as such], I would like to [recommend] Ruum by SAP as an internal workflow management solution for better productivity and work efficiency.
