Ceipal ATS vs. Jotform

Moving to Ceipal ATS was the worst decision we made at the organization I work for. The data loss, lies sold to us from their team, the inability to send emails and text messages successfully, the reporting limitations, the career site limitations across industry and categories… all of it… is quite possibly the biggest Mistake we have made. This horrible platform quite possibly will sink the organization i work for.

• Once we are able to utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, we will be able to have a quick snapshot of each of our programs to see daily and future interviews, and other tasks.
• The dashboard is easy to read. Again, once we can utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, it will be super helpful to see a quick snapshot overview of my programs.

• The ease of use is my favorite part of the Jotform. You don't have to be an IT guru to use it, but the results of your creation will surely make people think you are.
• Jotform keeps all my event request organized and accurate.
• Editing forms is done with ease.

• While creating a placement, the order in which country and zip code show makes no sense.
• If we enter zip code first and then country, then the zip code vanishes, and if we want to fill country first we have to scroll down then scroll up for zip code
• It automatically logs off a user, and they have to re-login again and again.
• Often few users id gets deactivated automatically and as a admin I have to reactivate it again and again.

• I would love for Jotform to offer an a la carte for some of the products like maybe we pay for more form views and submissions but not all the other stuff.
• Flexibility in css.
• More options in the name field, maybe I want the last name first or for it to be a full one entry box.

We have been using this ATS for the past few years and have never had any major problems. It is being used for candidate sourcing as well as keeping track of all our candidate's databases. In the market, there are very few ATS software available, and I think Ceipal is the best among all.

One of the easiest interfaces among the other ATS is Ceipal ATS, which reduces manual effort due to the AI automation integration, which increases the productivity of high-volume tasks. The overall Ceipal ATS interface looks presentable or is easy to approach due to its automation tools.

It is very user-friendly and intuitive. The interface is very simple and straightforward. The elements are easily accessible even without having any prior knowledge of the interface. The customer support is incredibly awesome. They respond to you within 24-48hrs tops. They also provide a list of questions and answers that have already been asked.

In my tenure of using this software, there were multiple times when I faced a technical outage, and it was not too long. We had it resolved as we connected with the support, and they informed us immediately that the developer team is working on it and will get the issue resolved.

I never faced any problem loading the Ceipal login page and when I had a problem it was just my browser. I rarely use any other browser other than Chrome. Even after integrating with other job portals, Ceipal never gets hung or there is any error loading page I have received.

I would rate myself a 5 out of 10 in coding. While I have a basic understanding of coding languages like Java and Python, I am still learning and honing my skills. However, I am eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to improve my coding abilities.

Their support is truly awful and negligent [in my opinion]. It's rare for me to get so mad as to write a review about it but given what we do, I think it's necessary to document it. We work in mental health and having client data [transmitted] through the API correctly can be a matter of life and death for someone in crisis. We have had repeated issues with this in JotForm and reset the integration multiple times and yet it continues. [In my experience] tags don't transmit, complete contacts are absent, or parts of data [are] missing despite being mapped. [Again, per my experience] their support will initially respond and then you hear nothing. It's been a huge issue and we are leaving them as a result. [I feel] it's truly infuriating and negligent.

A executive visit our organisation and check the compatibility of the systems and check the proper installation and navigation to the Ceipal. and take multiple sessions with the employees phase wise. also give some activity to perform and pull reports.

Every time one excutive do a session and clearly explains each tools and its benifits and use of it. Also they welcome questions and do due diligent and answer with a proper explanation. we use ticketing system for every traing sessions and use zoom meeting for effective training.

Clear Communication, core training, Data Migration, Customization and Configuration, Continuous Improvement. Regularly review and optimize your utilization of Ceipal ATS by collecting feedback from users, monitoring key performance metrics, and staying informed about new updates and features. Carefully plan and execute the data migration process to ensure that all existing candidate and recruitment data is accurately transferred to the new system.

Had to opt for Jotform to open in a separate window for some of my phones as being intergrated into my own site caused restricted viewing problems on some devices like mobiles.

I have not used any other ATS other than Ceipal ATS might be its so fortunate that I would not like use any other ATS in future. Its so addictive trust me with its enriched features, integration and customization are surely beneficial and I don't think any other ATS can match with it.

Compared to Google and Microsoft, Jotform has a lot more features. I particularly love the e-signature because it makes the form feel more trustworthy for our team.

When compared to the other form builders, it is frankly too expensive for us to use them, while Jotform has just enough features for casual users like us.

I have given an 8 rating as the Ceipal is being used in our department for mostly recruitment purposes so we don't have many other departments. We use Ceipal for recruitment and for sales purposes. Currently, it's being used for the bother dept and working absolutely fine so I think an 8 rating is reasonable.
