If I had the time to go deeper, I would put a 10, but as far as I have worked with CGI HotScan360 I think it's a [smooth] platform. I was trained really quickly (they pushed me in order to learn everything from CGI HotScan360 because my company needed me to be trained in this software/platform) but although the [training] was a bit rushed, the platform is really intuitive, really well designed and the architects behind [it] are geniuses. I really like how it works and the results. My boss was very happy with the results and with the discoveries we made with CGI HotScan360. Training others was super easy and they learned really quickly. Totally worth it.
A scenario where Midigator is well suited is in the efficient response time. I like how fast Midigator always replies to my emails in a timely manner. I also appreciate how they are willing to go above and beyond always to help me and make sure I have all questions answered always.

We moved on from Kount because it did not yield as many prevention notices as Midigator, but should the need arise and our budget increase, we'd likely team up to include them to compliment Midigator in having the best chargeback midigator system ever.
Before using Midigator, members would call to cancel their membership and customer service would cancel them and provide a refund. However, the member would also call their bank to dispute the original charge. So, they end up getting double the amount that they paid. Using Midigator, we are able to avoid losing revenue.
