Understanding the nuances of sentiment completely - not just in a black and white positive/negative way. Chattermill helps us find out insight that would only be possible through manual tagging, pulling data and hours of analysis. If you are a basic license user, semantria does well and presents analysis quickly. After the analysis, it creates multiple tabs with different views of the data and some visualizations and graph analysis also. The graph analysis and node connector graph is very useful. Their algorithm is very strong and it gives correct sentiment score even for neutral statements. I didnt get to use the API version of semantria so have no comments about that. Upon reading online about it, i found that the integration takes a while .
