WebPT Enterprise packages are custom-made based on clinic needs, and prices vary accordingly.
I have experience with other general EHR systems, such as Practice Fusion, Allscripts, and Epic, though ChiroTouch is unparalleled in its specificity to chiropractic medicine, and for that reason, I would recommend this system over the aforementioned ones to chiropractic …
We had been using medisoft before and it wasn't organized enough or clear enough for insurance billing, coding and doctors notes. Chirotouch solved all of these problems with the additional bonus of being customizable
I have used ChiroTouch at three different companies. One was transitioning from Chiro8000 which is extremely out-dated and does not have nearly the capabilities of ChiroTouch. Another company was transitioning from old school paper charts and just a calendar program for …
WEBPT's digital platform is much easier overall to navigate and utilize. Each of the settings is clear, concise, and not cluttered. The EMR also allows for improved reliability and was not offline during peak hours, unlike previously utilized EMRs. Its reliability was a key …
There are many different EMR options out there in the rehab world, but I am sure glad that we landed on WebPT. I am sure that, like us, there are plenty of providers looking for an option that provides features and a value that are as impressive as WebPT does. We have looked at …
Jane has been a MARKED improvement for us from WebPT. We were able to customize it to our liking, they offer online scheduling within the software, and billing couldn't be simpler or easier to use. I have been able to handle claims with ease and have had little to no issue with …
I would choose and recommend WebPT to others for how easy it is to navigate and how reliable it is when storing important and confidential information. What's super helpful as well is being able to backtrack cancellations and no show appointments even after removing from the …
In my opinion, WebPT far outweighs Clinicient in the ability to be user friendly. The first time I used Clinicient after using WebPT, it almost looked like Clinicient was a BETA program in comparison. There are several flaws in the Clinicient system that make it frustrating …
WebPT was much easier to use within documentation, having a singular interface rather than multiple core platforms to jump around in, and has been capacity for carrying information over between sessions.
Also, I have used PTWired and HEP2GO, but they were not in the database. WebPT automatically generates a patient profile, which is very helpful. WebPt also doesn't require the patient to download an app from the App Store, which is an added step for patients to perform, which …
It made more sense financially for my small clinic when we were just starting up. Through that time, they continue to be reliable and have great customer service. I have not experienced any connectivity issues like I had previously using Clinicient. We will continue to use this …
I personally liked Revflow’s RCM, billing, and customer service better, but WebPT bought the company and integrated their system. Since changing to WebPT, we pretty much only have to use one product for all our clinic management rather than different tools when we were on …
I used Clinicient before WebPT acquired them. Their customer service was significantly lacking. However, there were some user-friendly components that we missed since switching to WebPT.
I preferred the ease of use and learning curve of WebPT. As I have become more familiar with the program I have found that there is much more to explore in terms of analytics.
WebPT is great when it comes to built-in templates and reminders. It integrates with Therabill which is our billing software. It has all of the patient's notes and documentation all sorted by case so it's easy to find what you need quickly. Customer service at WebPT is also …
Since I have worked for my company we have used WebPT. However, we did use Kareo medical billing and although it is a fine application- it is nice to have the EMR and Billing combined.
I found the software to be well-suited for our small chiropractic office, though I imagine it would work well for a larger practice, as well. I would not recommend switching to this system unless staff can add several weeks to their schedules to learn the system and get accustomed to the interface. I also wouldn't recommend this system to practices on a tight budget, as the most helpful features are only available at an extra charge.
WebPT is well designed for some areas of rehab but not well suited for others. Speech seems to be a challenge for this type of EMR. Perhaps not the best type for this discipline due to limitations. For the other disciplines, it would be nice if the system suggested only specific tests per diagnosis code rather than all available tests in the EMR
Ability to store patient information, PMH, and electronic documents in a concise manner and the ability to add additional notes and descriptions to the account.
Scheduler is easy to manage - schedule patients, add providers, move the order of providers, quick links for patient (i.e. update status like check-in / no-show / cancel, make a payment, get to account, etc), color code visits, track # of visits per provider for each date of service.
For what I need to do in the accounting department, I like how I can print out the daily schedule with ease, the color coded dots next to the patient name to indicate whether a note has been started, in progress, or completed, print out payment logs.
Adding insurances and medical providers is easy and stress-free.
Our PS likes that they can fax reports from WebPT to doctors and adjusters with ease (aside from the occasional glitches).
I like that it carries forward information from previous notes. I also wonder, though, if there could be a more comprehensive "archive" of activities we had done in the past rather than only copying and paste from the previous note.
I like seeing a few comparisons of my outcome measures--when writing a progress note, I don't just want to see the last measure. Seeing the last 3-4 values from the test would have been helpful to really see different trends.
Fewer click boxes in the evals would be helpful to keep things moving along at some points. I appreciate the variety offered, but also struggle with how much clicking there is to get through.
I gave it 9/10 for renewal because I have been using it for so long. It takes a long time to learn new documentation systems. I do not want to use valuable time on that. I also like that it flows directly into billing.
With the intense instruction from ChiroTouch team and easy contact with customer service, I would say that ChiroTouch is the easiest software we have ever used in this office. I can not speak highly enough about the customer service and training staff at ChiroTouch.
It is very easy train people on and make each not the way you would like it. My first time using it I only needed one time walking through it. The software is self explanatory and easy to find what you need in a note
Sometimes we get weird error messages. We have been having a problem with our check-in computer and ChiroTouch hasn't been able to figure out the problem
It is always available to me when needed thankfully, I hadn’t had a moment or a time when I was unable to access it when needed. My practice's power went out once which was the only incident when it was unavailable to everyone on the team but again, it had nothing to do with the availability offered by this product.
Generally we never have problems with speed. If we have, it's been because we needed to perform software updates, and then it went back to working quickly.
Pages often load slowly. Our iMacs are highly reliable and we are connected to the highest speed Comcast business internet. We also connected each iMac via Cat 9 cable during COVID-19 pandemic to speed telelhealth appointments. Zoom does integrate very well with WebPT for telehealth. Their own modules do not integrate well with each other. For example, patients receive separate emails for patient intake and clinical outcomes. If confuses and frustrates many patients. Similarly, EMR flow sheet does not integrate with HEP creating redundancy.
Their IT support is actually not bad. The few times we've had technical issues, they've been able to solve it without a whole lot of hassle, and the techs seem knowledgeable. However, as for using the system they are not knowledgable at all. I usually get the impression when I ask a question they are basically just looking it up in a manual. On SEVERAL occasions I have asked a question and was told the system could not do what I was asking, only to later find the exact functionality myself, or to find an adequate work-around. It's clear they don't work with the software in any real-world way, and thus can't answer anything outside of the basics. I would rather spend a significant amount of my own time trying to figure something out than deal with their support personnel (though they do tend to be polite).
Support was pretty much always helpful. My only complaint was not being able to always get someone on the phone immediately during working hours and having to wait to hear back. But once we heard back, problems were solved quickly and sufficiently. Staff was always friendly and knowledgeable
I was trained by an in house employee. It was very easy to learn. The EMR is pretty self explanatory. When you click on something to complete a task, it doesn't take an extra 10 steps, what the action says, is what it does
The particular person we were assigned was not very well versed in the software. Several things we asked about we were told we not possible, and then I later figure out how to do them by myself after getting to know the software. I guess that is what comes from trainers who use the system in theory but not in an actual office. They are basically reading off a script that guides you how to set things up, nothing more. If she didn't know the answer, she didn't research it, she just told us it wasn't possible. However, it was a multi-session training spread out over a couple weeks and they did walk you through all the basics. It does take a lot of customization, so this was appreciated. It would have been very intimidating to do without guided support sessions.
The training was in depth, with great visuals to guide me to gradually learn how to navigate WebPT & the the sources within WebPT. I found this to be efficient due to the simplicity of WebPT. I believe the layout of this program and source is easy to comprehend when knowing what to look for.
I think it would help to have another education session maybe 6 months after the initial sessions. This would help the user come up with an enhanced experience after they have used the program for a period of time. It is hard to comprehend everything at first, especially for people that need hands on learning
I have used ChiroTouch at three different companies. One was transitioning from Chiro8000 which is extremely out-dated and does not have nearly the capabilities of ChiroTouch. Another company was transitioning from old school paper charts and just a calendar program for scheduling. The third was transitioning from OfficeAlly, which is fairly rudimentary but super inexpensive (I think $30 a month) and actually has some functionality that ChiroTouch does not have! I was only part of the decision making process for purchasing ChiroTouch at one of these companies, and at the time I believe I looked at every software out there. We went to the Parker seminar in Las Vegas and looked at several of them at the trade show and did other demos for companies that were not there from home. The other software company we greatly considered was Eclipse. Unfortunately this was several years ago and I don't recall the exact pros and cons. What I realize now I should have pushed for was a trial version of the software before purchase. I asked and they said no. Now after having done other software integrations in other industries, I realize this is a big red flag. If a company won't let you take the software for a test drive, you know something is not right. The demo with ChiroTouch seemed very polished, but when we got the product it was anything but. It is still a decent system and has helped tremendously in all 3 offices I have used it. However, I think there is just not a whole lot of stellar competition out there, so they don't put much time and money into their system moving with the times. Sad to say, when I looked into systems 4 years ago or so, there wasn't anything all that great out there. I hope it has changed.
There are many different EMR options out there in the rehab world, but I am sure glad that we landed on WebPT. I am sure that, like us, there are plenty of providers looking for an option that provides features and a value that are as impressive as WebPT does. We have looked at several other options, both past and present, and there is no other product that meets the standard of comprehensive features and good value that we find with WebPT.
It's reliable, though occasionally has connectivity issues. Their support says it's our computing issue, not the software, but we don't have similar problems with other software. Definitely needs to be backed up daily. We use ChiroTouch's backup and it works well
I couldn’t access WebPT on multiple screens to complete tasks at an efficient and effective time. It works to adjust to the same things presented on one screen when trying to work on a separate project utilizing one therapists schedule. This complicated the goal and tasks needed to complete at the time
