More Info Chose Chorus by ZoomInfo Having used similar tools in the past, I found Chorus.ai to be most effective due to its accuracy. It's pretty accurate when it comes to transcripts, speaker ratio and search functionality. Overall it's a pretty solid tool for call reviews. It's a newer startup coming out of YC, but so far, the user experience and customer support have been excellent. Once we started using the tool, I actually really enjoyed the UI and overview of each deal. Great integrations as well for what we need.
