It is best to search for calls with different phrases. However, as far as I am concerned, it is less suitable for processes that are not defined. Alternatives Considered	Gainsight was clunky. We had a dashboard for CS renewals but it was difficult to update. If you typed something and didn't save, and you started updating another opportunity's notes, your previous notes would not save.
