    The only other forecasting tool I've used is Salesforce, and Clari comes out on top without a doubt. It's way more user friendly and I love the user interface.

    Gainsight was clunky. We had a dashboard for CS renewals but it was difficult to update. If you typed something and didn't save, and you started updating another opportunity's notes, your previous notes would not save.
