In my opinion, Claritysoft is like a second grader, and Salesforce is like a college graduate when it comes to what you can do and learn from the software. Salesforce integrates easily with other products we use, such as ZoomInfo, but Claritysoft is extremely limited in what it …

I think for the money, Claritysoft is a good competitor with these other CRM packages. I have personally implemented 3-4 CRM packages over my career and this is by far the easiest. I would like some more of the advanced features you find in the bigger name CRM package but for …
Claritysoft's emails are much easier to use since Salesforce is in the middle of switching from Classic to Lightning. Also, Salesforce does not have a native group edit option. Claritysoft is much more data driven and you can use all functions of Excel to customize reports. …
In terms of portfolio management, Claritysoft has been hands down a better overall product. Most importantly, it has been the most customer friendly application. The tool was selected, not by me, however many other competitors were evaluated. The aspects needed most by our …
LeadSquared is a dedicated Sales CRM. Earlier we were using Freshdesk for sales following a ticket based model which was highly inconvenient as all customer activity used to get created as a separate ticket and overall effort tracking was a mess. With the Lead and Activity …
We were searching for a CRM which was customizable according to our requirements and we tried with a lot of tools but this application has really worked out for us.
Flexibility and readiness to upgrade as per client's requirement. Support is at its best - The team, including people like Pratheek, is just amazing to work with. This totally reflects the company's work culture and the ethics they operate under. They have a client first …
LeadSquared is able to provide very important and informative reports and dashboards which is something we were looking for a long time and LeadSquared gave us all the things that we need. This is the main reason we selected LeadSquared against other alternatives.
LeadSquared is easier to use and much less expensive. The cost of onboarding (time and expense) is less than that of competitors. It's intuitive ease of use does not require one to have super in depth knowledge. There was much less risk going with LS compared to competitors …

Much more cost-effective than the other solutions on this list. Hubspot's A/B testing and email marketing library is much better, but not needed when you compare costs.
We tried integrating Zoho CRM but couldn't integrate it well and get our agents to use it. So, we looked at many other options and finalized on LeadSquared.
I looked closely at Infusionsoft. While the nurturing/decision tree tool of Infusionsoft was far more sophisticated, the many negative reviews of Infusionsoft lead me to look elsewhere. Leadsquared had very positive reviews and aggressive pricing. It has less features, but the …

We have to use ZOHO for CRM, AWeber or Get Response for auto responders and LeadPages for landing pages. LeadSquared is the complete package in one place. It saves time and improves quality and productivity.
According to me LeadSquared is a complete package for any one who does marketing and needs to manage multiple leads from different sources, and I am one of them. I felt LeadSquared was the best platform for me to work on without facing any difficulties.
I moved from MailChimp to LeadSquared. Primarily because I wanted landing pages and email marketing in one software. Plus I wanted more advanced ways of segmenting customers and data based triggering of autoresponders.
When it comes to Marketing Automation, LeadSquared wins hands-down in terms of features. They also have a very friendly support team who go that extra mile to make the customer happy.
For a small company, just getting started with a CRM package, Claritysoft is great. Better to have something rather than nothing at all to keep up with these things we use and need in Sales.
Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore. Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.
Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.
It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.
It is VERY, VERY, simple and easy to use and learn. All I needed was a super brief 30 minute overview to understand how to use it, and their Customer Support is pretty good. I was raised on Salesforce, which is much more complicated, but allows you to do so much more.
1. The learning curve is not too steep; it is fairly simple. The UI albeit old looking, is fairly simple. 2. It has a lot of integrated apps using which you can directly access other systems under a single umbrella. 3. Processes and permission templates allow for role based access, thereby further simplifying the system by removing unnecessary element with respect to a specific group
They are very helpful and quick whenever I have a question about Claritysoft CRM. I think the guy I've spoken with is named Evan, and he's been very helpful. Claritysoft, give the man a raise if you know who I'm talking about. He responds super quick with truly helpful insights.
Great to work with and also Easy to work with Do not just listen to the problem but provide upfront solutions Always available and are ready to support on holidays Considerate of user's knowledge and always ready to explain the smallest / dumbest doubt a user can ask Always available to help with the internal tasks as well like creating automations, drip creations etc
In my opinion, Claritysoft is like a second grader, and Salesforce is like a college graduate when it comes to what you can do and learn from the software. Salesforce integrates easily with other products we use, such as ZoomInfo, but Claritysoft is extremely limited in what it can integrate with. Salesforce costs more money though, so it really depends how you utilize the CRM to know what you need. Just a big address book to log calls and emails? I think Claritysoft is fine. Want to track actual sales and forecast? I think Salesforce 100%.
LeadSquared is a dedicated Sales CRM. Earlier we were using Freshdesk for sales following a ticket based model which was highly inconvenient as all customer activity used to get created as a separate ticket and overall effort tracking was a mess. With the Lead and Activity model, tracking became much easier and yes, Freshdesk is a support tool and Freshsales does exist but LeadSquared fulfilled our usecase at a much lesser price.
It has made it easier to see our overall sales for each sales rep.
The only negative is that we cannot change over the account, contacts, leads, and opportunities with one ownership field. You have to do each one separate and when you are transferring 1000 clients this takes much too long to do. No reason for it.
