If you have a business and a phone you need Plivo so you can track all incoming calls. Using this service allows for you to track an[y] missed calls allowing you the ability to try to call potential customers, clients and see how you can help them with your products and or services.

Usability
I give CloudContactAI a 10/10 because it solves all of the issues I have on just one platform. Before I discovered CCAI, I was using multiple platforms to manage all of my communication. This started to become an issue--I had so many tabs on my browser that it began to be counterproductive. CloudContactAI simplifies communication.

CloudContactAI has offered their total support throughout the entire process. They helped me onboard and establish my organization. Whenever I've had a fast, simple question, I was able to consult their documentation page or chatbot on their website to find the support I needed within just a couple of minutes.

Alternatives Considered
CloudContactAI provides SMS, email, and voice all on one platform so that you don't have to switch between accounts. These other software solutions offer all of these features but on separate accounts. Without CloudContactAI, I would have to use SimpleTexting, SendGrid, and Google Hangouts to leverage the same functionality that CloudContactAI offers on its one platform.

  • Yes, it is good to use Plivo, as per the pricing and ease of integration. Twilio has a difficult pattern for business developers and could be understood only by a developer.
  • Plivo has proper delivery reports as compared to Twilio. Using Plivo has helped us grow efficiently and in a good manner.
