Very well suited with organizations who have structured data capture of field force efforts through sales force automation. Not so suited where data is captured in automated system but other tools like excel.

• Not flexible with catering to multiple process in the same instance
• No governanace structure on auto nudge/ no dump available
• Filters available in leaderboard but not on dashboard which is important

Positive experience overall with no downside, especially for a larger organization, even a 1% increase is a huge contribution to the bottomline.
