Cons	No answers on this topic	Google Wallet had a few glitches I was unhappy with, but Google Pay seems to have corrected them. Who knows if the changes were related to the name change or if they just happened to coincide with the timing for the most part, but either way I really don't have any big complaints. I heard from other friends and colleagues that the customer service is great. This method of payment is now more and more being used as it is more secure and also at the same time fast and easy. Alternatives Considered	No answers on this topic	I was not a part of the discussion to implement Google Pay into our store, but I am definitely an advocate. Amazon Pay was used sparingly but still a helpful option; I believe that Google Pay is more widespread and simpler to use. I would be interested to see how payment disputes are handled between these different payment platforms; so far, we have only had to handle disputes through PayPal, which can be complicated but have typically been resolved quickly.
