Concord is more user friendly and gives the user the power to change settings, change workflows, and customize to meet their own needs without having to wait on customer service or support to make the changes for them. In fact, I was able to do most of our implementation …
Prior to Concord, we did not have a tool like this. Everything was done manually, so this has been a game changer. I was not part of the selection/approval process for any similar tools we were considering, but compared to using Microsoft Word to draft everything, this has been …

When I evaluated the various CMS's about 4+ years ago, I reviewed quite a few, had demos, etc. Concord seemed to be the right fit for us, and continues to be.
I would rather not compare apples and apples nor apples and oranges, and just share Concord has been an excellent Contract Management System for current organization.
eFax Corporate creates PDFs that negate the use of the previously used technology, as well as having an easier user face that helps assist in creating a faster training plan. The price point is beneficial for this reason as more time can be applied to new hires learning other …
eFax is for serious business professionals and it comes with so many tools, including a free App and a desktop app, which makes it extremely easy for you and your employees to send and receive faxes. You can take a photo of a document and fax it over to someone in another state …
We have used eFax since I began working for the company over 9 years ago and have found no reason to change. The price is good for the amount it is needed. We often go a month or two without using it but need to have it just in case.
Admittedly, the only other service I have used to electronically fax is Genesys Cloud, which has a faxing feature. The two aren't really comparable, since eFax solely focuses on faxing, while faxing is just a side feature of Genesys. While eFax isn't as clean or easy to use, it …
Ease of use and setup was the determining factors. eFax was rated as one of the top services for electronic fax and has competitive pricing for enterprise level solutions and service. Management of users is great but still could use some easier functions of user clean up and/or …
We have never used any other product. Our research led us to eFax. Wouldn't change the service. Great experience with the company. All employees are familiar with service and love its capability.
For my role as a recruiter, this tool is more than sufficient. I am able to quickly draft multiple offer letters, request approval from our legal team, then share directly with candidates to sign. This provides a great, organized candidate experience. I don't necessarily have an idea of a scenario where it would be less appropriate.
For the daily faxing needs, eFax gets the job done. We get notified when the fax has been received or sent successfully, but it takes so long at times. I'm not sure if it's eFax's encryption system that is delaying the Rx/Tx time, but it needs to be improved immediately.
User management has been and still is, a pain point for us. We operate over a dozen entities and for the most part, anyone with access to Concord on our team has the same permissions across all entities. We must manage users one-by-one so onboarding + offboarding can be tedious.
The analytics are basic. I wish we could slice and dice and say "Show me only contracts tagged with X tag".
The user interface could use some work, as it's a little dated looking, and it's not so simple to receive faxes, at times.
Administrator functions. If the user's account is locked for any reason, the administrator cannot unlock their account. It causes a lot of inconveniences.
Unable to see the bill. For whatever reason, eFax does not allow viewing the bill from the online portal.
Concord is extremely user friendly and saves me so much time! How else would I be able to manage all of the contracts for 9 different agencies all by myself?!?
For our logistics side of the business, we use eFax to receive orders. We are using it to transmit a variety of documents as well. It comes in handy if you really need to accept faxes.
I gave it a five because it was the closest to a neutral response. I have not had issues with Concord and have not had a reason to contact support, so I don't have an accurate opinion here. From my conversations with our legal team, it seems they have been able to work with the support team at Concord to get any potential issues resolved in a timely manner.
eFax support is great. They are quick to assist you with any issue regarding eFax. I haven't had to wait long on support services or answers. During an outage seems to be when the queue times get long but on a normal day, they are quick to answer and fast on a solution.
Concord is more user friendly and gives the user the power to change settings, change workflows, and customize to meet their own needs without having to wait on customer service or support to make the changes for them. In fact, I was able to do most of our implementation myself just the way I wanted it, and it was easy! There aren't any hidden costs or fees- you simply pay for the number of licenses you need and get all the support you need for free (if you ever need it!). And by the way, the storage is unlimited so there are no worries about maxing out on how many contract or documents you can have!
Admittedly, the only other service I have used to electronically fax is Genesys Cloud, which has a faxing feature. The two aren't really comparable, since eFax solely focuses on faxing, while faxing is just a side feature of Genesys. While eFax isn't as clean or easy to use, it does fulfill its job as a faxing service.
