Chose Conga Sign
Conga Sign works with our existing Salesforce environment. We also use other Conga products such as Batch and Trigger, and Composer. Because of our existing Conga products, Sign was able to be implemented with minimal setup time as users were already familiar the Conga …
Chose Conga Sign
Having one solution is better than having Conga Sign plus others (I.e. DocuSign)
Chose Conga Sign
Cost is the best motivator. Conga Sign is in the Conga product family so ease of use is great
Chose Conga Sign
We used DocUSign and AdobeSign prior to coming to Conga Sign. Conga Sign was suggested via our product developer referred by Salesforce for most unlimited sends and best integration with SF. The envelope send was our deciding factor, as we were paying $4-6 per send and …
Chose Conga Sign
We prefer Conga as it integrates well with our other Conga products such as Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, and Salesforce. Integration is very easy and documents get triggered for signature with just a click and the signing process is also very easy for the end user which makes the …
Chose Conga Sign
Conga Sign is much more affordable than DocuSign for our organization and we are using Conga Composer already to create documents. We found that the integration between Conga Composer and Conga Sign was easier to use and we have a nice discount from Conga due to us adopting …

Chose SigningHub
I've used DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat DC in the past. DocuSign is nice because it easily integrates into Word, but it's also a bit pricey for a small business who may not use it all that much. Acrobat is great for signatures, but documents signed are stored on your own hard …

User Testimonials

It is well-suited for most of the clients which have trust in digital signatures and want to reduce the turnaround, but there are still some clients which do not prefer digital signatures and prefer printed agreements with wet signatures. Conga uses the latest digital signing legal regulations so this is a customer-to-customer issue.

Based on my experience I would say that if the company manages a long list of clients, it requires a good suite to use with managing contracts and employment. It might be less appropriate if the company is small.

Cons
  • Some businesses still don't consider digital signing of critical documents a legit way.
  • Conga sign still doesn't allow sending of multiple files for signing.
  • There is a slight rendering time we have noticed while the customer opens the document which can be reduced.

  • I found setting up a workflow for each different document a little confusing.
  • I'd get errors from time to time when prepping a document. This usually happened when I was inserting a date field or a signature field (which are fairly important fields for contracts).
  • The one time I needed help and contacted the company, the representative made me feel like I was dumb.

Usability
We're a relatively high-skilled team and we all find Conga Sign's user-friendliness very low for all user types. It should not take a highly skilled tech person to complete documents. Documents need to be user friendly for all user types.
