The built-in tools of ScreenConnect and integration with RepairShopr have simplified the remote support process. More Info Chose ScreenConnect Previously used LogMeIn but due to costs and growing need of users to access machines remotely a new solution was needed. I don't feel as though any functionality was lost in the switch. Another product I looked at was Bomgar but the cost was prohibitive. More Info Chose ScreenConnect We were using VNC, Ultra and Tight, they were temperamental, sometimes worked, and took forever.
