Constant Contact doesn't stand up against Klaviyo, so we're permanently migrating our lists and customer profiles over to Klaviyo. Constant Contact is an excellent choice for solopreneurs, brick-and-mortar, and businesses that are more heavily focused on face-to-face human …
Constant Contact is a good tool if you want most of Hubspot's features at a much lower price. It gives you a more predictable number as well as most of the features. It also has the benefits of having other items that regular email marketing systems don't have. While there are …
SharpSpring from Constant Contact is more streamlined (and cost-effective), especially for smaller businesses that don't need all the complexity and confusion of bigger options like SalesForce.
SharpSpring has created a vacuum in my business for the better. Marketing as a service only gets to its final stage once you have a powerful way to leverage the data in your client's businesses to their advantage. We could never do this for our clients until we found …
SharpSpring is the best All in One CRM. It's not just a CRM for email management and that's what's important to us! The support is better in SharpSpring and it's getting more and more effective!
SharpSpring from Constant Contact is much broader and rounded in terms of sales planning, contact management, landing page tools, and lead scoring. It seems to suit our small, start-up business fine at this point. However, we may move to another platform as we grow and need to …
SharpSpring is better priced than other products with similar feature sets. It allows better management for an agency with clients, and has the kinds of features that can readily move the revenue needle for clients who have the vision for what's possible with an integrated …
Before SharpSpring we looked into both HubSpot and Infusionsoft but SharpSpring is the best solution for us. Worth every penny and more. We are also using Active Campaign for clients that only need email marketing, but if they want more then we convert them to Sharpspring.
SharpSpring, for the price, is preferred over HubSpot and Pardot. I prefer SharpSpring to Infusionsoft/Keap for the ability to load media, track users and granular lead scoring.
I found SharpSpring to be the easiest CRM to use. On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the easiest to learn and use, I'd give Salesforce a 1, SharpSpring a 5 and the others fall in between. It's customizable, it's easy to update leads, and most of all there are no quirky error …
We use different CRMs for different clients, mostly due to budget and other requirements. SharpSpring from Constant Contact is in the middle, price-wise, but is slightly more user-friendly than ActiveCampaign when it comes to certain things, such as drip campaigns and …
We experienced working with other platforms in our team, reviewing and testing, in order to find the one that would optimize our workflows the most. Some of these were completely new to me (Sharpspring was one of them), but I had previous experiences with platforms like …
SharpSpring has way more robust marketing automation features. The only plus for Salesforce is the ability to run a report for conversations had this week and make it easy to pull up those advertiser cards. SharpSpring has a big advantage over Salesforce as far as persona …
I have used Salesforce CRM in the past as a sales person. SharpSpring provides me with an efficient and daily positive experience, it absolutely stack sup to the competition in my use case. I would recommend to my other sales peeps out there.
I have used Mailchimp and MyEmma. both have limited customization options and overall are very simple to use making email templates seem very stale and boring.
Disaster save your money there are other options out there. We were never able to get off the ground. Due to them being so unflexible, we did not implement anything.
Springbot's account management team is excellent to work with - they understand my business and my goals, and partner with me to achieve on those growth goals - from traffic, to subscribers and revenue.
We were choosing between a few different options when considering a new email marketing program. Previously we were using Constant Contact, but wanted a program that offered more. We looked into Klaviyo as well, but after comparing the two we decided to go with Springbot as …
We are looking at using Tealium to segment our customers now, something we had hoped Springbot would allow us to do. Tealium allows us to segment and send to any channel and any ESP. Springbot would allow us to create segments based on a few demographic, product and purchase …
SharpSpring is great for creating and tracking campaigns that span multiple channels. With the Salesforce integration, we are able to keep our Sales team focused inside Salesforce without them needing to learn a new tool. Our Marketing team uses SharpSpring to nurture leads before handing them off to the Sales team. Though the features are available, SharpSpring would not be suitable for social media management or blogs; our third-party tools do a better job at that.
If you have a small marketing team with a small budget and you use Mailchimp & Adroll, Springbot might work for you. Otherwise, there are other more robust tools out there to accomplish the same goals. They need to work on more integrations with other ESPs and retargeting providers. And they need to work on making sure the data being sent to their customers is accurate.
Their Emailers are very easy to construct and user-friendly. It takes your Newsletter and sales emails to the next level, especially with the action groups and trigger functionalities.
The life of the lead functionality allows you to see when leads get warmer, so you know when to send them what. Helps improve conversions.
One of the things that impressed me the most early on was their dedication to email deliverability and growing my "engaged" list of customers. Through this, they taught me the value of quality subscribers vs. quantity of subscribers, while still sharing new ways to grow my email list in a healthy and sustainable manner. For so long, my main focus was always having the biggest email list - and while that's good to have a lot of subscribers, the most important thing is to make sure they are ENGAGED with your brand. So together we've come up with fun ways to do that, and we've seen that reflected in our list growth and open rate.
One of the other things I was looking to do when I partnered with Springbot was to increase my site traffic. The original sales rep had a few recommendations on how we could do this, and our team was most excited about their Facebook Services offering. We were paired with a Facebook expert who did a discovery call with us, and then presented a strategic plan for us to follow for the first 90 days, until we could fully optimize. Their Facebook team narrowed down my target audience and has helped strategically grow my site traffic.
Finally, and maybe the part that I value the most, is the partnership that I've developed with Springbot. Out of the gate, there is absolutely work to do to get things set up and they don't sugar coat that. While much of the onboarding was smooth - we had a few obstacles to work through, and I'm thankful my Success Manager kept me up to date as we resolved anything that came up, and was proactive with her outreach and recommendations to get the most out of the platform. I find myself learning something new each time I chat with her, whether it be optimizations to my automations, new marketing ideas, or ways to increase engagement as I go into the holidays.
After being with them for a year, I feel this is more than a vendor + customer relationship, and think of it as a strategic and valuable partnership.
The landing page builder is a bit hard to use. Doesn’t have much flexibility.
Sometimes confusing between types of workflows to use. Opportunity versus visual.
If you imported contacts that weren’t formatted correctly. It is hard to delete a bull amount. Need to type DELETE for each one manually. No bull options to make changes.
It delivers everything it promised and more. SharpSpring is marketing automation transformed. Easy to use, affordable and well supported. Many of our clients will become dependent on the information SharpSpring provides for their marketing initiatives and we are confident they will be there for the long run. When some of the over-funded 'big names' flame out, SharpSpring will be the clear choice for small business users.
This rating is coming from an administrative perspective. With so many features, workflows, dashboards, and more, there is certainly a lot going on, and even the most savvy software user can get a little overwhelmed when trying to decide how to best implement and utilize the platform to its full potential. That being said, the SharpSpring platform is well-implemented and well-organized, with most solutions being fairly intuitive, once you have a grasp of the software. It is fairly easy to learn, but difficult to master. Just like any powerful platform, however, the complexity is worth it, and once you are comfortable navigating and problem solving within SharpSpring, it becomes a great marketing and sales tool which can do virtually anything you need it to.
I think Springbot is pretty user-friendly overall. The only down-side is that the website is often updated, leaving the customer to hunt certain features down that are now in a different spot. So I think it would be helpful if every so often they sent an email that let customers know what changes were made and where to access everything
The support is great which really helps overcome challenges if you become stuck and the training videos are great too. Same-day replies are great and I even got some help with some CSS code on the chat. Not many organizations would do this or even respond.
They only cared about referencing the user agreement to get out of any common sense discussion I tried to have. They have one goal take your money and don't care if the system is working for you or not.
Simply that we recommend a thorough training process where you take the time to really learn the system and the features so that you can take full advantage and maximize your results. Don't skimp on the training as the more you understand, the easier it will be to implement. A sk a lot of questions and test everything until you know it well.
Constant Contact doesn't stand up against Klaviyo, so we're permanently migrating our lists and customer profiles over to Klaviyo. Constant Contact is an excellent choice for solopreneurs, brick-and-mortar, and businesses that are more heavily focused on face-to-face human interaction. However, companies - or individuals - primarily market and/or sell online, especially Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and Yotpo, which seem to be more robust solutions.
We were choosing between a few different options when considering a new email marketing program. Previously we were using Constant Contact, but wanted a program that offered more. We looked into Klaviyo as well, but after comparing the two we decided to go with Springbot as they offered a wide variety of insights and had wonderful customer service.
Streamlined Processes - sales and marketing are now all in the same place.
Reduced Number of Platforms/Tools - CRM/lead management, email, automation, landing pages, forms, etc are all in the same place rather than using multiple tools.
Time-saving - sales pipeline is very easy to use for sales. For marketing, we have dozens of workflows that eliminate much of our manual processes from the past.
Return on Investment - We're more focused on moving the building the business than ever before because SharpSpring has simplified so many of our business operations and we're seeing massive results!
Lead generation - Up SIGNIFICANTLY (between 3x & 4x) since setting up SharpSpring.
