Chose Oracle Primavera
Oracle is better laid out and has more functionality as well as end-user flow. The login process, billing, and construction management features are easy to find, easy to use, and helpful. The limitations on Quickbooks restrict users from the ability to view and bill full …
Chose Oracle Primavera
We use Oracle ERP and are happy with it. We have long-standing relationship with Oracle and our workforce is well versed with it. We wanted a high-end scalable software for construction projects and Primavera fits the bill. Payment systems like Textura can be easily integrated …
Chose Oracle Primavera
Oracle Primavera is better and faster than the other solutions available. Especially with large data sets.
Chose Oracle Primavera
I have also used Microsoft Project in the past to do scheduling. While easier to use than Primavera, it does not have the same capabilities to determine CPM. Furthermore, it would not be appropriate for larger sized projects.
Chose Oracle Primavera
I did not select Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management. It was an inherent application. Having used other applications, compared to those, Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management is a far superior tool for portfolio management. However, in the span of the last 10 years, there …

When compared to the likes of the field, Oracle is the least friendly in regards to being accessible to the team with Smartsheet working the most favorably in that aspect. Otherwise, Oracle's PM program is more intuitive than Microsoft Project, has more features when compared …
Chose Oracle Primavera
I found Oracle Primavera better compared to Clarity as it offers better navigation. The reporting feature is also better in Primavera. The views provided by Primavera are far better compared to Clarity.
Chose Oracle Primavera
Primavera allows several users to work in a single file at the same time. This allows the team to develop and update the project schedule for reporting much faster. Also, the user can see updates that effect logically link activities in the future easily. MS Project does not.
Chose Oracle Primavera
P6 is the most robust scheduling software I've used. It's the best solution for large-scale projects.

Constructware is well suited for many different types of projects in both real estate and infrastructure. However, it is now becoming outdated with the introduction of the BIM 360 platform. I think even Autodesk may plan to slowly stop rolling out subscriptions to Cnstructware since most of its functions are now getting added on to BIM 360.

This program is well suited for online database management for construction-related fields and their contract management. It has many features which allow for reporting, issuance of changes, applications for payment and HB, and related construction-related documentation for both client and user. It also allows one to print and review in PDF any required documentation needed as per contracts.

I did not select Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management. It was an inherent application. Having used other applications, compared to those, Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management is a far superior tool for portfolio management. However, in the span of the last 10 years, there are newer, perhaps better products available. Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management does still manage to get the job done, but its time in the sun is fading.
