Because it is a niche platform it can be tough to persuade users outside our business to use collaboration features. Often we have to export and revert to using MS word for red-lining/track changes. Cons	No answers on this topic	Export function to be more easily used. Ability to access fully executed documents more easily (the different version histories results in the wrong version being downloaded a lot).
